BAIT AND SWITCH.....agreed in writting to a price for a car, and then when I went in to buy it one day later, they lied about everything......said it was a differant car....but I had the VIN number....then car, and then when I went in to buy it one day later, they lied about everything......said it was a differant car....but I had the VIN number....then the lies just kept coming....they were slimmy, dishonest and rude. They would not honor the price and tried to sell it for a lot more.... Really?? Do slimmy car dealers like that stay in business? YUCK....avoid this place at all costs...waste of time, and energy. My wife and I were extremely satified with our experience in dealing with the Bell Honda dealership, and consequently buying a new Honda CRV LX. The Customoer Service provided by the team of Jon-Paul and Dav in dealing with the Bell Honda dealership, and consequently buying a new Honda CRV LX. The Customoer Service provided by the team of Jon-Paul and Dave Cook was outstanding. The whole process that we were engaged in was well streamlined, highly efficient and well managed by them. For example finding the right vehicle with the desired features,the negotiation of price and our used car trade-in value was agreeable, obtaining a car loan with a low interest rate,and a final quality check on the vehicle at various stages before we left the parking lot. Both of these individuals excelled in customer service and professionalism and should be highly commended. They were very attentive to all of our questions and provided detailed replies, we were not pressured into buying a vehicle and felt comfortable during the whole process,their communiction skills were excellent, and above all they wanted to make sure we were completly satisfied before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. Without a doubt, my wife and I highly recommend dealing with Jon-Paul and Dave at this dealership when buying a new or used vehicle. More

A year and a half ago I brought two cars from Bell Honda. One for my daughter and one for my wife. About two months ago I started looking for a new car for myself as well. I knew it would be hard to get a good car with good interest at a good price while already having two cars on payments. I went to many dealers and was very dissapointed.I did not even expect to be able to get a tird card. When I came to Bell Honda they were able to find me a brand new Honda Civic and finish everything within one day. I am thrilled with the service and freindliness at Bell Honda. As a first time buyer i felt very comfortable in my experience Jason (in fleet sales) was very helpful, and got me into a car that i was comfortable with liked and met my budget. Jason took the time to make sure of which bodystyle interior and features of the car i wanted and they got me to the payments i was comfortable with. I would recommend any of my friends and family to him. After getting out of the finance department which was also a very good experience no complaints there either Jason made sure my car was detailed and spotless, and also made sure I understood the full features of the car before leaving the lot. i love my new honda civic and would definitely return to Bell Honda for future car purchases. I took our '05 Pilot in for an oil change in March. Steve gave me a recommended list of "action items" that he claimed needed to be done to our vehicle. I knew that the rear differential fluid was due to be gave me a recommended list of "action items" that he claimed needed to be done to our vehicle. I knew that the rear differential fluid was due to be changed but opted to wait until we returned to Prescott to have it done at Prescott Honda. He also claimed that we needed to replace the CV joint boot and the front end links. We just had the rear end serviced and the other two items inspected At Prescott Honda, nothing was found to be needed. Bell Honda's service is a complete rip off, these guy's are scam artist!
