Unfortunately my sister was taken for a ride from this place. She was sold a used certified honda. Was charged $750 for an alarm by a company/brand nobody heard of. (LITTLE RESEARCH shows this brand and a handful of other dealers including bell honda are featured on the homepage and NO INFORMATION ON ALARM DEVICE ITSELF was found on their website, HMMM, but ok). Even though the Civic has a basic alarm anyways. Was told ZakTek was included but was charged $399 on invoice. Some service contract for $2,200 and a GAP fee of $400. I DECIDED TO GO IN AND PLAY CUSTOMER to see how things played out. Well, they wanted to charge me $899 for "Honda Certified" vehicle fee even though the sales guy said it was included in the vehicle before it got to the negotiator who QUICKLY puts you in the hot seat and attempts using reverse psychology on you. I think $895 for the same alarm they charged my sister $750. Then splash guards of $189 and window tint at $299. They tried telling me BELL HONDA put it on after they got it from trade-in. SURE YOU DID. It was a 2012 Honda Civic LX with 34k miles. KBB says its $12-13k yet they wanted $18,995 for it. I caved in and told them KBB price and the guy just scoffed saying how unrealistic those prices are. The negotiator is a real piece of work. His name was Will and he was very condescending towards the end, showed a lack of respect towards a "prospective" customer. Even though I was not a real customer, he did not know I was undercover. I never bought a car from a dealer and never will because the games they play. Just find a used car on the internet, carfax it, have a mechanic check it and save all the hassles, troubles, taxes and this supposed $395 DOC FEE Bell Honda wants. Sadly I was out of town when my sister was TOO impatient and wanted the car NOW. Your temporary win BELL HONDA. Just hope your buyer seeks your reviews prior to stepping into your place. More

I would highly recommend him. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the experience as well as the cost of my brand new Accord! Lastly, I dealt with Ramsey Margary in Finance and wasn't ever pressured to purchase anything. He provided me with the info to make an informed decision, but never pressured me to purchase anything more than what I felt was necessary. I would highly recommend both to make your experience a positive one. More
Tim called me on the telephone direct - I had gone online to seek information on a new/lease Honda. He was the only salesman who called me - others just emailed me info. and wanted me to make an appointment to seek information on a new/lease Honda. Because Tim took the time to call - My wife and I made a trip to Bell Honda, which is a bit out of the way since we live in Scottsdale and Right Honda is closer! Tim was friendly, made us feel less stressed about purchasing or leasing a car. The end result, we leased a Honda Fit and couldn't be happier! It drives easily and it is fun to drive. It has ample room for my wife's shopping trips and garage sale finds and we are taking it out on our first out of town trip next week end. The gas mileage is awesome and whenever anyone stops and asks how I like my Honda, I can't say enough about it......Tim needs to send me some cards so I can hand them out! More
We were from out of town and hoped to get our CRV looked at for an air conditioning problem before we left. Steve got us in 30 minutes after we called and the car was fixed by the next morning. I have purchased many new cars over the years and and I can honestly say that this was by far the easiest and most hassle free experience I have ever had. No pressure, no games, a fair price, and they delivered exactly as promised. Dana was extremely knowledgeable about the Accord that I bought and she just answered questions and educated me on the car - she didn't push other models or try and up sell. I don't recommend movies, dentists, or restaurants, but based on my experience, I would recommend Dana and Bell Honda in a instant! More
