Luke was our salesman and he was by far the best person my fiance and i have dealt with at a dealer. Although my boyfriend and I dealt with Luke with whom we were happy with and in the end purchased a vehicle from, I wish I could say that was when we left. Unfortunately, at the end of the deal we had to meet with Heather, the finance person who was intrusive, superficial and passive aggressive. The point of meeting with this unpleasant person was for the purpose of upselling more products/services. She actually tried to convince me to pay a fortune to finance a specialized alarm system by bringing up facts about the Baseline Killer and assuring me I would not be safe without this system. When I declined she became passive-aggressive saying things like “well I hope you stay safe”. There were a total of four up-sells that I had to sit thru a half an hour listening to even though it was past 10pm and the dealership had closed. When I became defensive and made it clear I was not interested she huffed off to get her supervisor who I could only describe as smarmy. He was even worse. He was the stereotypical aggressive used car salesman. I just don’t appreciate the obvious and condescending tactics used to try to sell more products and services. This just left a really bad taste in my mouth . More

I took my Honda in for service, due to a special they have in the flyers for $9.95 oil change to bring suckers in. After taking it in, they said my fuel injectors were dirty and that I should pay for have in the flyers for $9.95 oil change to bring suckers in. After taking it in, they said my fuel injectors were dirty and that I should pay for the $200 fuel injector cleaning service. I just had the fuel injectors cleaned at another dealer, so I knew something wasn't right. They also said the transmission fluid was dirty and needed to be flushed. After paying for that, I took my Honda to another dealer for service. The other Honda service department showed me my transmission fluid - it was a dirty brown, not the clean red fluid you expect after a transmission flush. So apparently Bell Honda scammed me with a transmission fluid flush that I did not receive. I will never take my Honda back to Bell Honda for service. More

Please run as far as you can from this dealership!!! I would Never go back to bell Honda ever again. In June 2011 I called to verify a car was there, the salesman said "yes" after I gave him th would Never go back to bell Honda ever again. After expressing my frustration to the manager he laughed like it was some kind of joke and said "well you know there is other Honda dealerships". When Leaving the dealership I made it very clear to never call me. Bell Honda called me on 6-18-2011, 6-19-11, 07-11-2011, and 08-31-11 trying sell a me car, I asked to be put on there do not call list every time. On the 08-31-2011 Call, I asked for the manager. After expressing my frustration to Robbie (the manager) he laughed telling me he would make sure Bell Honda would KEEP calling me. More
LIES and DECEIT. negotiated hours, finance said "yah this is worse case scenario, maybe even better rate tomorrow". Signed papers (another 2 hrs)& took car home. 5 days later, got call that need "yah this is worse case scenario, maybe even better rate tomorrow". So went in, and then they told me that the loan wasn't approved unless I could come up with another $1000 down (this all took an hour!!!). Then, in next breath it was, NOT APPROVED AT ALL, and I need to give my car back. THank GOD I had a trade which they returned to me (after another hour)....or I would've been stuck there without a ride home! This is the second time their finance dept gave s "misinforation. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Went right to Arrowhead Honda, and got an ever better car, better price and EXCELLENT service. SHAME ON YOU BELL HONDA.... YOU WILL SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO SELL A CAR including lies and deceit! More

Kevin Covington was the person who helped us find the Murano we were inquiring about and located it very quickly for everyone we encountered in it. He let us test drive it right away and we loved the vehicle. We felt he was concerned for our needs and gave us a fair price and option to buy the SUV in a short amount of time, also trusting us on the trade we were bringing in that was not with us at the time. He was very friendly, professional and helpful in all areas possible. I would definitely seek his help in the future if needed and recommend him to friends and family. I felt comfortable and he had a no pressure attitude, which we greatly appreciated. Also Lee, the Fleet sales manager was great to us also and the transaction ended today with a personal thanks from him and a handshake.
