There were a few matters of concern with too loosely defined bumper to bumper warranties and paperwork which I was promised and did not receive, that related to these gentleman. Dave spent a lot of time going way beyond the call of duty to make it work. Overall we were happy with the deal. When we came back after work to sign papers our requests were delegated to underlings who kept us waiting over an hour and a half and then were able to produce only half of what we asked for. That was unfortunate. We are very happy with the car. More

I was never given a technical briefing. The car was handed over to me with dirt and dust. Pathetic. my sincere advice is stay away from Bell honda at 7 th street and Bell. ?i was not even given a courtesy callback as promised, to check how things were. All they care is clearing their stock. It took numerous amount of follow ups from my side to have the security system installed in my new car , a service which I paid handsomely. Disgusting customer care. You will find same quality of vehicle outside with much less price and deceit. More

I was very apprehensive about going in and buying a car. As soon as I talked to Jason those apprehensions went away. He was very easy to talk to and addressed some of my concerns. He asked if we could come by the dealership. He had asked me what kind of car I wanted, the specifications, and color . He said he would have one waiting for me to test drive when I got to the dealership. My friend and I went by the dealership. He is a man of his words. The car was waiting for me to test drive. Jason was a great salesman. He has a great attitude which helped alot with my apprehensions I had. I never thought I would be able to get a Honda Civic , at a great price and a great percentage rate. Just got my car back today after leaving it overnight for a repair, and its running beautifully like when I purchased the car! A huge thanks to Steve Emery for being absolutely great during the stressfulness of having car troubles in this heat. He even provided me with a rental car since I had to leave it overnight. I will definitely continue to come to Steve at the Bell Honda service department for anything my beauty needs!! More
