Honda doesn't sell the model I want in the color I wanted, so there was no deal. When/if they do, I will come back here to get the vehicle I want. More
************UPDATE************* *******************************UPDATE*********************** After posting this review I heard from the GM of the dealership Scott who assured me h *******************************UPDATE*********************** After posting this review I heard from the GM of the dealership Scott who assured me he would listen to the tape of my interaction with the finance guy in question. To say it plainly I did not believe him based on my previous interaction with his employees. To my surprise he advised me no matter what was said on the tape, that since I left thinking that I was buying the full coverage he would honor that for 3 years. He would replace the tire and make sure the warranty was in place. I was pleased by this and would have been satisfied there. If this surprised me, what happened next shocked me!!! Scott called me back about 15 minutes later and said he had listened to the tape and that I was absolutely correct I was sold one coverage and given another. He apologised profusely and assured me this was not the way they do business. first, let me say, he had no reason to continue to look into this and even less to tell me that I was correct since he had already appeased me. This above and beyond approach to customer service was not expected after my initial encounter with Bell Honda. On this conversation Scott also informed me that he would extend the coverage to match what I was told in the finance room to 5 Years for the tires and paint and he extended the bumper to bumper to 7 years 125,000 miles. I was now completely blown away!!! Scott set my daughter up with Steve in service who would help her get the tire changed today. My daughter called me afterwards to say that not only was Steve very nice, he was waiting at the door for her when she arrived. He had her new contracts for the warranties in hand and ready to be signed and her car was taken back immediately. She was out of there with her new tire and new warranty paperwork in less than 45 minutes. Then to my surprise yet again, Steve called me and said he had read my review one last time and noticed that we had never received the $25 gas card we were promised either. He verified my address and said it would be in the mail today. To be honest this was the first time I have ever reviewed a company, but my initial experience was so bad I could not stomach just sitting here and taking it. I did not know what would happen by writing this review but I knew I had to let people know about my experience. As upset as I was yesterday, I am equally if not more impressed and satisfied with the attention and concern placed on my complaint by Scott and Steve. I never in a million years expected this to be resolved in such a speedy and customer-centric way. If you would have asked me yesterday if I would ever go to this dealership again, I would have said a few curse words followed by and exclamated NO!! I can now honestly say that I would trust Scott as a man of his word, and would do business with him or any company he runs at any time in the future. Scott told me he did not expect me to remove or change my review because it was accurate and he was embarrassed that it was all true, but the way he jumped in with both feet and made the situation right, there was no way I could leave that last review up. Thank you Steve for taking care of Darian today, and Thank you Scott for being a stand up guy!! Vince Mendoza is the BEST!!! I was contacted by Vince Mendoza via phone and set up an appointment to see if he could put me in a better financial situation. Prior to this, I had v I was contacted by Vince Mendoza via phone and set up an appointment to see if he could put me in a better financial situation. Prior to this, I had visited various car dealerships but never felt like I was being valued as a customer. Upon arriving, I was immediately offered cold water, and everyone at Bell Honda greeted me with kindness. Vince took the time to survey al the features that I wanted in my new car and made sure to work within my budget. He showed me the car that I have always wanted, explained all the features to me in a way that was simple to understand and we test-drove the car soon after. Jose Reyes also came to ensure that my needs were being met and that I was getting the best service I deserved. Jose was also very kind and truly cared to make sure that I was leaving with an understanding of the cost at that point. I never felt like I was being pressured by ANYBODY into getting something I didn’t need. I could not believe how quickly everything was being processed for me. Vince and his team did such an amazing job at making sure that I was treated like family at Bell Honda. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go buy his or her car from Vince. He will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with your car, payment and customer service. He is a true asset to the team, and I feel so lucky to have had him as my salesman. At Financing, Ramsey Margary treated me like a family member and ensured that I got the best plan for my Honda Civic. He answered all my questions and took time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. I was not expecting to be treated with so much respect and value. It was such an enjoyable experience. I could not recommend a better person to take care of my 13 year old car. He always told it to me strait and I really appreciated it and always had my and my cars best interest in mind. However, after 13 years it was time to part ways with that car. George had recommended I see Josh Johnson in the sales department to explore my options on a new car. Doing my research and knowing what I wanted to pay each month, Josh was phenomenal to work with and once again I got an amazing person to work with at Bell Honda. It did take some time for us to negotiate a price that work for everyone but I working in Sales as well makes since. Taking my new HR-V home last night I could not be more happy with the experience. He truly got me the best deal possible and I look forward to working with Josh more in the future when my new car needs arise. Honda...don't let them go...you got good ones there in George & Josh. But the used car was very reliable and i got a good deal when i sold it. Hence went to Bell again for a new 2015 CRV purchase. Eric Steffes was the sales person who helped me to get my 2015 CRV. He was excellent in explaining every feature of the CRV. I was thoroughly impressed with his professional way of explaining things. Price negotiation was little tough. Still Eric helped me to get the best deal for the 2015 CRV available in market. I am so happy with my purchase. Looking forward to go again to Bell. More

He guided us first inside the store and had us seated and offered water.He is so energetic and eager to give us what we really wanted. He consulted his manager first and came back with a big smile and informed us that it is available and showed us the car "Honda Civic", well-explained the features,advantages of the car and had it test drive and treated us like a family member which is I and my husband liked and I love it! So, when we got back at his desk, told him will get it and he got our information and had Jose-Manager talked to us in regards to the payment and he was so nice, approachable, considerate and understands what you really wanted and gave us best options within my budget.So, who will not love it, right? Also, they really followed what is in the posted special deal and no Hidden fees, explained the breakdown of the products that are included clearly. The finance person too was considerate and had a good coverage deal.Plus we got a gift card that I didn't expect. I can say that 07/03/15 first timer of having a car is UNFORGETTABLE for me.
