However, my favorite part of the entire experience, and my knight in shining armor among the stress was Roy Freda. He is so relatable and friendly, it was like working with a friend who honestly wanted me to get the best deal that he could get me. I worked with several people to arrive at a reasonable price, but the only one who stood out was Roy. DEFINITELY request Roy if you are interesting in buying a car. I am a slightly inexperienced car buyer, and he made the process as smooth as he could make it. He truly was an amazing partner in this experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone making a purchase at Bell Honda. More

Rude dishonest sales I went to Bell Honda for service to my car. Was approached by a sales person who promised me "red carpet" treatment because I have all my auto servic I went to Bell Honda for service to my car. He promised me lease with $150 payments and fair price offer for my Honda trade-in. What I experience was a rude, dismissive and lying sales person. I was offered 1/10 the value of my trade in and offered a new auto price that was $8000 above fair market price/KBB/& MSRP. The sales person and sales manager wasted over 2 hours of my time, offended me and insulted me. I never saw a lease agreement to review and was offered nearly $1000 per month payments instead of the $150 initially proposed. They acted like their dealership was some crappy corner used car lot who buys their wretcked cars at auction. DO NOT waste your time and money at this dealership. They don't respect their customers. Bogus Internet Price And Poor Integrity They sent us an internet price for a 2014 Honda Accord EX V4 at 22524 destination charge included. When we came to this dealer on Sunday 8/31/14, the They sent us an internet price for a 2014 Honda Accord EX V4 at 22524 destination charge included. When we came to this dealer on Sunday 8/31/14, the sales person, Robert Jones, whom I had appointment with was not available. They sent someone else to meet us instead. We waited about 3 hours to find out that the price/quote they sent us contained military discount and recent college graduate discount. They told us there were other options added to the car and They also told us we can't have both the discounts and the .9% 60 months . The price of the car was more than $3000 from the quote they sent us. Why did they send us the price/quote with the discounts that we are not qualified for. A manager, his name is Brandon, I think, came out to explain the price differences and asked us to be flexible??? this guy was very disrespectful. After 3 hours, found out you were scam and was asked to be flexible??? I was very upset and left. I think they do not have an internet sale department at all. I purchased 2 internet sales at Right Honda and I thought this dealer do the same and they were closer to our house. I found that they just want to get you in and ask you to be flexible with their price differences. The only agreement I had with this dealer was the price for our trade in. I went back to the fleet/internet sales department at Right Honda yesterday and got the deal done within 2 hours. More
