Shawn is a very experienced sales person who knows his business like few I have ever worked with. He worked in a diligent and very professional manner to make the deal work for all parties. Shawn treated me with respect throughout the whole process and never pressured me. Iron also was instrumental in making the deal happen and I appreciate his professionalism as well. Remember you are in a "FREE" rental mam. Excuse me for having my car there for 12 days and you people still can't tell me what's wrong with it. Maybe I would know something if someone wouldn't go longer then 5 days without calling me with an update. Then when I return the "FREE" rental and pick up my care-still with no answers, then next morning the battery is dead...and they try to blame me or my kids saying we left a light on or a door open all night. WOW!!! Even after talking to supervisors and managers you still get xxxx on. My family is no longer customers at Bell Honda after being treated this way. More

We had nothing specific in mind and we were just looking for a nice car which we both can drive and a good deal. We roamed around to many car agencies, selling used and new cars. While crossing Bell Honda, I told my wife let's just check this place too. We went in and were greeted on the door by Camille Volcy. He was very polite, soft spoken and the respect reciprocated both ways. He showed us some cars and we test drove Civic Coupe. It was indeed a very good driving experience. It was smooth; my wife liked the space in the car (usually the problem with coupes). Still, I was not sure of purchasing the car then and there. I made it very clear to Camille. Later we sat down on Camille's desk, he was not trying to push the deal down our throats, he was polite and logical. He asked me to check online for the prices and tell me your price. He was not behaving like other desperate sales persons but he was moreover like a counselor/consultant. At the end of the whole conversation, he gave us a very good deal which we could not refuse. So, from the mindset not buying a car today to I bought the car. The transition was because of only one reason Camille. Overall, we had an awesome experience, even after purchase of the car. Whenever we needed some information or help, Camille was there promptly. He is an awesome sales person and gem of a person. We really liked his behavior. I would give 10 out of 10 for him. I would recommend anybody looking to buy car from Bell Honda, go for Camille. More

Whether it be a simple oil change or a major mechanical repair, you need to be able to trust that your service advisor has you and your car's best interest at heart. I have had a wide spectrum of repairs done on my 11 year old Civic, and Anthony has surpassed all my expectations when it comes to service advisors. I once stopped going to Bell Honda for my car's maintenance due to a bad experience with another service advisor who is no longer there. Thanks to Anthony, I'm happy and very much satisfied to be coming to Bell Honda for all my car's needs once again. Thank you Anthony for always offering great customer service! More
I won't buy Another Car From Bell Honda Not Buying another car from bell Honda.! On DEC 20th I stop at the dealer I explain to my Sells man very clearly my situation with Honda financial to Not Buying another car from bell Honda.! On DEC 20th I stop at the dealer I explain to my Sells man very clearly my situation with Honda financial to avoid any call back on returning the car for not being approved or car loan funded. That day one of the "big shots" were at the dealers to promote more car sales and I explain him again my situation and he told to the sells guy that he had a friend on a bank and that will be no problem from them to get me in to a car loan.!! Yeyy But guess what, on DEC 29th I got the call for return the car :-( . I been buying car from bell Honda since 2011 and I was suppose an a VIP customer for all the cars that I brought from them (6) on total. So is sad that they play games with the customer telling you lies and I'm tired for all this xx. I WON'T BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM BELL HONDA.!! BTW: Yesterday Jan the 14th, the Customer Relation Director Jackie Stevens got on touch with me via Facebook to share my experience with Her, I was trying to reach Her twice via e-mail But until Today no response at all..!
