I had made a previous negative review thinking that I was up charged on the vehicle last minute. After going over the contracts I had realized that I was wrong. This was my first visit to Bell Honda dealership, where I purchased a used car. However, they did not disclose the missing or broken part of the vehicle. I noticed the issue a week later and went back to the purchased a used car. However, they did not disclose the missing or broken part of the vehicle. I noticed the issue a week later and went back to them to have it fixed. They took my car for inspection, made me wait for three hours, and then provided vague answers before ultimately refusing to fix it. I was extremely disappointed, especially since it had only been two weeks since I purchased the car, and they clearly declined to take responsibility. My point is that you should have disclosed the missing or broken part upfront. Selling a car without informing the buyer about such issues is misleading. I have decided to take action against them and will file a complaint in the consumer court. This is no longer about money; it is about trust and addressing their dishonest practices. More
