I've written many online reviews but I honestly cannot say enough good about the service I received from the people at Bell Honda. I had called Honda USA to see what the warranty might be; and I spoke with a Honda parts counterperson who gave me the over-the-counter cost of the battery pack. And then I started calling dealerships to see what this was going to really cost me (est up to $3600). I had a list of over a dozen dealers from around the corner to Tucson, but made it to number three and stopped there. The range was from a high at Earnhardt (where I bought the car - fail!) to middling at Arrowhead (where I have had it serviced - fail!). Both service reps said "No goodwill discount" even though I knew that yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as goodwill discount (ask for it!). And then I called Bell and spoke with George Haslerig. (I want to adopt that guy!) He listened, he asked thoughtful questions, he paid attention to my concerns and actually did his JOB for which the staff at Earnhardt and Arrowhead could only hope to come close! At the end of the day the battery pack was replaced for a FRACTION of the amount I was told by the other service reps. George and his service manager Travis Milliner called Honda USA and got me coverage better than I had been hoping for and I can't thank them enough! Did they win a new fan? You betcha, they did! Would I recommend Bell Honda? Without question! Would I - or rather am I, going there for all service on this car? You couldn't pay me to go somewhere else! If I need a new car would I go to Bell Honda? That'd be my first and ONLY stop! The staff were courteous, efficient, and competent. They looked out for MY interests (be honest, it's all about getting the work done well at the right price) where the other dealers reps failed to even get out of the starting gate... More
i took my car on a test drive and loved the car except the brakes were squeeling iran told me they would take care of it. while doing the paperwork he came back and said the prakes were brand new. i told the brakes were squeeling iran told me they would take care of it. while doing the paperwork he came back and said the prakes were brand new. i told him i would drive it for a few days and if it continues i would bring it back. i bought the car on a thursday and brought it back the following monday and talked to shane. he took my name and # and said he will make an appointment and call me. a week and half went by with no call so i stopped back in and talked to iran he said to bring it in friday or sat, so i brought it back sat and they tell me they are not working that day to fix it. so i go back the following thursday they finally take the car back to look at it..they had it for about 10 minutes and told me that is the kind of brakes and nothing is wrong..then told me my options were to drive the car with squeeky brakes for the next 45 thousand miles or go get the pads changed at my expense.. so now i have to pay for new brakes even though my salesperson said they would take care of it during the test drive.. after speaking with jackie stevens this issue was resloved in a timely and satisfactory manner. she was more than a pleasure to work with. bell honda should be glad to have her.. I bought a car here in 2008 and have received a call from their sales team every week trying to sell me a car. I have repeatedly asked to have them take me off their call list (as have several reviewers at their sales team every week trying to sell me a car. I am fed up with the harassment, asking for a manager results in being hung up on. I will never buy a car from this dealer, and I go out of my way to tell people how horrible this company is. More
Tough to do business at Bell Honda. We eventually purchased a vehicle at a very good price from this dealership. Our salesperson Tyson was kind and gracious with the best intentions but ultimately c purchased a vehicle at a very good price from this dealership. Our salesperson Tyson was kind and gracious with the best intentions but ultimately could not get the deal through. It took two tries and some patience to make a deal. On our first attempt we agreed upon a price but when it came time to fill out the paperwork they refused to honor the price. The following week the manager called us back to apologize and offered us the car again, we accepted and our second attempt was successful. Bell Honda made good on their word. We love our new car. More

I should have avoided this situation all together. Sounded like a problem from the first conversation I had. Took me to their site and listed their pre-owned vehicles After my initial exchange, I realized I wasn't going to be able to make a deal. A week or two later, I was contacted again about their assurance they could get a deal done. I explained to the sales manager, who was now emailing me, that I had recently gone to another dealership and that the quote they gave me for a vehicle of a similar cost was far outside of my budget and that it wasn't going to work. He kept persisting they were 'fairly certain' they could get a deal done. After a couple more email exchanges, I personally pulled my credit report and vehicle payoff amount and called the sales manager. I covered all basis of the deal and told him I was not going to come down unless he thought there was a good possibility of a deal. He transferred me to his assistant to take my info to verify the credit score I JUST PULLED MYSELF 5 MINUTES PRIOR to try and put something together. I ended up calling back twice and getting jerked around and transferred because the sales manager was 'on a call' for three hours and no one had any answers for me regarding the deal he was supposedly putting together. I ended emailing him about four hours later, and he responded within 30 minutes about how he was busy and the deal he told me he could do was 150 dollars more a month than what he originally said he could do. I had previously seen Bill when I got my oil change.It was supposed to be covered under MPP but I had come in too early So they wouldn't cover. Bill honored my expectation and did not charge me. He also provided me recommendations about two services I needed and quoted a price. Another dealership missed doing some of this work at my 30k service. I came back 2 weeks later and had service done.Turns out the price was lower than expected and he found a coupon for me. All of this was done in a very friendly manner. I'm very impressed with him and Bell Honda! More
