I had an issue with the warranty coverage on my SUV. I have been coming to Bell Honda for 4 years, although I have purchased my Hondas elsewhere in the Valley. George Haslerig is by far the best Honda Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is professiona have purchased my Hondas elsewhere in the Valley. George Haslerig is by far the best Honda Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is professional, courteous and goes the extra mile for the customer. The "other" major dealership in the Phoenix area does not have advisors of this quality. I can count on George to be fair and honest in his recommendations. When I go search for my 5th Honda, I will be starting at Bell Honda. Kudos to George, the service dept. staff and the shuttle service drivers. Great experience last time as usual! More

I'm not a huge fan of the sales department, but the service dept. is top notch. I've been dealing with them since 2007, and with George Haslerig for several years. George is wonderful to work with and I always feel that I'm getting the straight scoop on what's going on. His time estimates are almost always right, and he keeps me posted with status reports when I have to wait. Most important of all, he tells me what's a "must do" and what can be put off to the next visit. More
