When I walked on the lot at Bell Honda Nick approached me asking if there was anything specific that I wanted to look at. I told him I was just shopping to get idea on my next car. I had been to several dealers in the past looking for a car and being a female and younger no one took me serious or took the time to sit with me and go over numbers, which made it hard to not know what t car and being a female and younger no one took me serious or took the time to sit with me and go over numbers, which made it hard to not know what to expect and how much to save etc. I recently went to bell honda, and from the moment I pulled up Brandon greeted me with a big smile and was completely friendly and professional. He took the time to sit down and talk to me and ask me for my needs and what I was looking for. He was 100% honest with me through out the whole process and didn't try pressuring me into anything I was not ready for (like most car sales men do). Every car he took me to look at he explained it in full detail from safety features to a the extra gadgets on the inside. I was beyond greatful to learn so much about the car ,no one has ever taken the time to do that. Although the timing was not right for me to get a new car and did not buy one at the moment, when I'm ready I will definetly be buying from Brandon knowing he won't force or pressure me into anything and as well knowing he will take the time to make sure all his customers are happy. This makes me feel comfortable buying a car from Brandon because we all know how stressful car shopping is and he will make sure your experience at bell honda is very pleasant and stress free . Brandon Higley, has been the BEST sales rep I've ever dealt with. That's a lot; I'm 70 yrs in this world!
