Took my car for it's 100K service, and look forward to many more miles of trouble free operation. I have been working with Steve Emery for the last few years, and he always does a great job of taking to many more miles of trouble free operation. I have been working with Steve Emery for the last few years, and he always does a great job of taking care of my cars. He keeps me informed about the required service, and lets me make the decision of which repairs are urgent and which repairs can be done in the future. The costs for work at the dealership may not be the least expensive, but I know that if I have issues later that I will have someone that will correct the problem without a hassle. I highly recommend Steve Emery and Bell Honda Service. More

After picking up my husband's Ridgeline after service, I decided to go see a Crosstour up close and personal. And met Axel. I am a bit of a peculiar bird but Axel rose to the occasion and fielded all of my questions and concerns with a pleasant, professional manner. I was not ready to commit and he was understanding and supportive. I assured him we would return the following day, which we did. Again, he answered my questions, assuring me his time was my time. He and his wingman, Iron, worked diligently to resolve the differences we had to get the deal done. I can honestly say had it not been for these two young man I would still be driving a Pontiac Vibe, which I loved. After driving my Crosstour today I know I will love it too. This was the first time I had ever purchased a new car and felt that I was treated courteously and professionally from the initial test drive to the closing of the sale. I did not feel like it was a high pressure sales environment whatsoever which I very much appreciated. I would recommend Bell Honda's fleet department to anyone in the market for a new Honda. Was also surprised with the level of follow up after the closing as i wouldnt see a dealer being motivated to help a customer after the close of the sale. I purposely avoided dealing with car dealerships due to the stigma before this but was very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. More

Lenny was extremely courteous and helpful--without ever being pushy. Negotiating the final price and trade allowance took only about 10 minutes, with the help of Lenny's sales manager, Iron. Then, the financing end of the deal was completed by the very efficient, helpful, friendly, and honest finance manager, Jaime. Lenny also was patient and very helpful in going over the many technological features of our 2013 Crosstour. My wife and I never had to put up with any of the offensive behavior sometimes associated with buying a new car and trading an old one at some other new car dealerships. Based on this experience, they certainly earned our 5-star rating. More
