Normally I wouldn't be caught dead at the dealership to have work done on my car. But, fortunately I got George Haslerig as my service guy when I used a Deal Chicken coupon last year. WOW - from my very first e-mail exchange with Sam Quina I knew I had found the dealship that I would eventually purchase my vehicle from. As a recent widow, I was purchasing a vehicle my myself. It had been 30 years since I last purchased by myself. My husband had been a car salesman many years ago, so he was the one who did most of the car buying. I now needed a reliable, dependable and safe vehicle that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Sam was WONDERFUL, patient and understanding. Since Bell Honda is about 1 3/4 hours away from my home, alot of work was done by Sam prior to the date that I visited the dealership. The day that I finally made it to Bell Honda was a day that unfortunately Sam was not there. But, Jason Teel took me under his wing and again was WONDERFUL, patient and understanding. We worked for me to get the car I wanted within the price range that I could afford. He stayed an hour after closing to make sure that I was comfortable with everything before my long drive home in the dark. I can't say enough GREAT things about these two saleman. My wife and I went to Bell Honda to start shoping for a new Odyssey. We were greated by Ashley who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. The willi guy comes and tells me can't help and gives the information I gave when I first got there. The used cars are not even worth their asking price. To pay that a person should spend a little extra for brand new. Will never conduct business there. More

When rubber hit the road, Gordon seemed genuinly interested in helping me find the best deal that fit my needs and budget. Everyone is trasparent and down to earth. Preston even gave me some tips on the Si I purchased and recommended some websites to explore so I could take advantage of all the features my Honda Civic Si offered. I was extremely pleased.
