Went to lease a car. This turned out to be more challenging than anticipated, considering I did my homework. Ashley Hauver is a top performer with the most enthusiasm I have ever encountered. She knew every aspect of the car! It was very good to have a female to work with since our family consists of women. The guys were great but we were more at ease during the process with Ashley and her feminine perspective. Not all dealerships have women on the staff BUT THEY NEED TO !!. More

I had arranged appointment online with Tyler Paterson who welcomed us at the reception.He influenced us so muc at 9:30 AM in view of market research. Do not trust pre-used certified from Bell Honda. Test drive and buy only an already clean car. Dirty cars never get cleaned during certification. I went in yesterday to look for a used,cheap car. I ended up getting a brand new car instead. Tim was very sweet and kind showing me the car and all the parts of the car once I bought it. This was the first car I have ever bought and it was the best experience. I'm very pleased with the selection they chose for me. Tim has a very kind-heart. I had the best experience with him. Tim helped me out a lot with finding insurance quotes and finding the best possible deal for me for financing a car. Ramsey helped explain to me and my family about leasing and the gap insurance. He is also very funny. He kept us amused. Jason and Tim treated us like family and I am forever grateful. :) More

Tim Carrasco provided great customer service to me. Been looking for a car for the last couple weeks and checking on few dealerships. It's been 14 years since I've had to think of buying a new car as mine has been paid off for 12 years and 2014 was time to by. I was referred to stop by Honda by my friend Rick Haiges and when I buying a new car as mine has been paid off for 12 years and 2014 was time to by. I was referred to stop by Honda by my friend Rick Haiges and when I walked in I was to see Mason Kutter but, her was with a customer so he asked Ryan Finkel to assist me. Rayan was such a gentlemen and down to earth (I liked that) and very pleasant. I knew I was in good hands. Rayan asked a few questions about what I was looking for and then took me to see a few cars. He was amazing. Not know anything about cars he took his time with me and knowing just what I was looking for he took me right to the Honda Accord and I feel in love with it. He was so detailed and was very slow to explain when I had a question, as my buying experience in the past was very uncomfortable buying a car is so hard and sales people can be a bit pushy and rush you through, not Ryan he drove me around to try and find the right color and the interior color I wanted we didn't find the two together as the lot was out of them, after looking at the one we looked at he said I would really like the red and tan interior and he was RIGHT, I love it and glad the other one Red and black interior was not available. I made my decision and when we went back inside to make the deal I was able to meet Mason Kutter, he extended his had with a big smile and said let's get the paper work started. After it was all said and done I drove off the lot with a big smile a bit nervous but, I've never been so happy and pleased by what I bought and thought about how well I was treated. Thanks to all Rick, Ryan and Mason and also the finance manager (sorry forgot his name) as I drive my new beautiful car all I can think of is how wonderful everyone was.
