I had an appointment to have an oil change and look at a rubbing/squeaking noise I was getting under the bed of my F150. When I arrived I was told they can only do the oil change and they didn't have anyone rubbing/squeaking noise I was getting under the bed of my F150. I had to make another appointment for the following week. I dropped it off and since I live outside the shuttle zone I paid $27 to Uber home. I called to follow up on my truck the following day and was told it hasn't even been looked at. I tried again towards the end of the day and it still was not looked at. I told the advisor I would pick it up in the morning since it was obvious they had no intention of looking at it. He agreed. While waiting for them to pull my truck up, I watched as another customer walked in, without an appointment, with a recall issue and was told it would be an hour. I explained to my advisor how unacceptable this was and he didn't have any real response. Although nobody called me from the dealership to follow up why my truck was not serviced, I did receive an email days later from their customer service manager hoping I had a good experience, obviously unaware I did not have any service. I responded to her explaining the situation and believed that they simply didn't care. She assured me in a voicemail that she was unaware of the situation but will make sure the service manager would contact me. Three days later I received a message from the service manager. They cared so much it took another three days for him to call me. It was not worth the time to speak to him because the truck was fixed elsewhere by then. I would not recommend them for service.
