My trip to Bell Ford was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever had. The staff at Bell Ford wasn't there just to make a sale and then shove you out the door. I live in California and was looking for a Mustang GT500. This particular model is in its last production year and only a few are left in dealerships so dealers in California and elsewhere had premiums of u This particular model is in its last production year and only a few are left in dealerships so dealers in California and elsewhere had premiums of up to $20,000 over MSRP on them so I decided to use the internet to shop outside of California. I checked Ford dealer inventories all over the western US looking for the model with features that I wanted and found only three, Bell Ford had one of the three. I requested an internet quote and got an immediate response. In a couple phone conversations they met my price and took a deposit on the car via a credit card. I didn't get any of the usual car sales run-around. Not once did I hear "what do we need to do to earn your business" (isn't that obvious, give me the best price) or "come test drive the car and we'll give you a quote" (I know what I want and now all I need is a price, please quit screwing around)...in contrast, Bell Ford was all business and to the point. I flew out to Phoenix the next day, with Bell Ford's Buzz Frankel, my sales contact, graciously picking me up at the airport. Everything went as promised, no hitches, no surprises. In fact, their integrity and follow-through was excellent. After completing the purchase Buzz took the time to orientate me on the vehicle operations (with is fairly complex). I must say, Buzz is the first car salesman I've dealt with who actually knew what he was selling inside and out. I felt it was a little risky buying out of state but Buzz and Bell Ford made the whole experience quite pleasant and I highly recommend them. More

The customer service and financing teams were great to work with. I have bought several new and used vehicles and this was by far the easiest purchasing experience. I've also purchased cars from CarMax due to the perceived ease of buying, but working with Bill was easier and he was the most knowledgeable sales associate I've dealt with. Buzz was everything that you would want a salesman to be but rarely find... Very professional & experienced, yet friendly, funny and relaxed. We were treated with respect, courtesy & kindness. NO PRESSURE, NO HYPE, NO TRICKS - just SUPERB SERVICE! We got a fabulous deal, so great that we could hardly believe it! A new Ford Fiesta that is so sporty & sharp looking that my son instantly fell in love with it.
