Worst experience ever with dealership. Gave them many opportunities to make right the issues that we had with the car that they damaged during their incompetence. When the poor repairs were pointed out, I was told that I had to live with it. Since I brought this up, they have since refused to service the car that we purchased from them. I was a true blue Ford fan before all of this, but Bell Ford has successfully managed to turn me away from all Ford products. Their lack of professionalism and expertise in their service department is one of their biggest downfalls. It is a shame that they had so many opportunities to fix the issues, but always fell short. Today was the final straw when we went back with another issue on the car, and were told that we were not welcome on the property. Had the car been fixed right the first time with properly trained technicians that knew what they were doing, none of this would have been necessary. Instead, now the dealership cover-up of the incompetence, has cost much more. More

I needed an oil change, filter, lube, tires rotated and rear brakes checked. It was done efficiently and effectively. Got there at 10 AM and I was out of there by 11:15 AM. I live in California and was looking for a Mustang GT500. This particular model is in its last production year and only a few are left in dealerships so dealers in California and elsewhere had premiums of u This particular model is in its last production year and only a few are left in dealerships so dealers in California and elsewhere had premiums of up to $20,000 over MSRP on them so I decided to use the internet to shop outside of California. I checked Ford dealer inventories all over the western US looking for the model with features that I wanted and found only three, Bell Ford had one of the three. I requested an internet quote and got an immediate response. In a couple phone conversations they met my price and took a deposit on the car via a credit card. I didn't get any of the usual car sales run-around. Not once did I hear "what do we need to do to earn your business" (isn't that obvious, give me the best price) or "come test drive the car and we'll give you a quote" (I know what I want and now all I need is a price, please quit screwing around)...in contrast, Bell Ford was all business and to the point. I flew out to Phoenix the next day, with Bell Ford's Buzz Frankel, my sales contact, graciously picking me up at the airport. Everything went as promised, no hitches, no surprises. In fact, their integrity and follow-through was excellent. After completing the purchase Buzz took the time to orientate me on the vehicle operations (with is fairly complex). I must say, Buzz is the first car salesman I've dealt with who actually knew what he was selling inside and out. I felt it was a little risky buying out of state but Buzz and Bell Ford made the whole experience quite pleasant and I highly recommend them. More
