Bell Ford treated us like good friends.. There, we were introduced to Travis who was super knowledgeable about the car's specs, financing options, and available rebates. Travis treated us like good friends and helped me choose financing that was even better than what I had budgeted. He stayed after closing to make sure all my questions were answered, setup my Sync, and all without rushing. I couldn't be happier. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. And I attribute that to Tony. He has a great attitude and really knows the products. I felt at all times that Tony's aim was to make me happy about buying the car and not just to make a sale. I dropped my F-150 off to have the plastic bushings in my clutch pedal replaced. I usually work on my own cars and had already diagnosed the problem, but since it was a busy week for me I decided to have the clutch pedal replaced. I purchased a used car. I got on the internet & seen a couple,then I called got Bob's name. Then the next day I called & talked to a Steve, he told me about a used car. So the next day I showed up & Bob had the car there ready for me to test drive. I took it out on the Black Canyon & it was good. So I stopped by my personal mechanic & had him check it out. It was good. I always have my mechanic check them out never know.It pays to be safe. I have never had so many nice people to deal with. These people are great to work with. If you ever need a car check them out. Oh I'm 66 & I have brought all my cars by myself. And they didn't treat me like "Oh here comes a Old lady" that doesn't know anything about cars. I have had my car for 11 days & they have called me 3 times to see how things are. I am still learning all the gadgets & still read the instructions on how to run it. I have to laugh at myself. Just a little old lady from Sunnyslope(Pasadena) Ha Ha More

It was a great, hassle-free visit to the Bell Ford service department for "Floyd's" first check-up. Floyd is my Fusion. I was expecting to have to pay for something, but happily, my bill was zero.
