Everyone was friendly and honest- this is refreshing when you are buying a car. The old stereo type of salesmen was completely blown out of the water. The staff went above and beyond to the point of earning my business AND now I am going to refer all of my friends and family to Bell Ford. It was a small trek but well worth the drive (I live in the east valley) the only negative of my experience is their location to my home-- LOL nothing they could have changed there. Yes I passed a few other Ford dealers along the way, but any other Ford dealer wouldn't have treated you like family the way Bell Ford does! Thank you!! More

Ford doesent know the meaning of Service Sales is their only priority, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bell Ford. Like all Dealerships the experience ends once you become an owner. Took in truck for a drive train issue and they ended up working on my turbo boot, in fact they removed it and improperly re-installed it causing it to fail while I was driving. And now they say they had nothing to do with it, even if it is in the service record that they removed it. More
