Mike Perreault, the Assistant Service Manager, is courteous, professional and has excellent automotive knowledge. His experience and guidance helped minimize expense for a major repair on my 1998 Expedition. Two days after the repair, Mike followed up with a telephone call to verify if the repair met my expectation and the vehicle was operating properly. Now - that's EXCELLENT SERVICE!! In Southern California, I had a trustworthy Ford dealership for service and repairs. It appears I can now rest assured, Bell Ford and Mike Perreault will do the same for me here in Phoenix. More

Everyone was friendly and honest- this is refreshing when you are buying a car. The old stereo type of salesmen was completely blown out of the water. The staff went above and beyond to the point of earning my business AND now I am going to refer all of my friends and family to Bell Ford. It was a small trek but well worth the drive (I live in the east valley) the only negative of my experience is their location to my home-- LOL nothing they could have changed there.
