Needless to say i was pretty frazzled when I pulled into the Service Department in the late afternoon and was fairly grumpy. Cynthia was there and took it like a champ. She gave me a smile and said she would talk with shop manager and see what she could do. A few minutes later she came back and said that they would be able to look at it this evening or 1st thing in the morning. What a relief. I received a call 1st thing the next morning with news that my Explorer was ready. And even better news that the system only needed to be rebooted. I told her I was on my way to the mortuary and I'd be by in the next half hour. When I arrived, she already had my Explorer pulled up and ready to go. I apologized to her for my "grumpiness" the day before and she said if that was grumpy i have nothing to worry about. Cynthia was an all-star for me. She and the Bell Ford Service Department came through when I really needed something positive to happen. Thank so much! More

Up front honesty about our company pricing with them. We have not always had a great experience, like we had at Bell Ford. Right off the bat Bell Ford salesman and manager informed us that since we work for a particular company, that we would have special pricing. This equaled to about $3800 in savings!!! We didn't even know we had this benefit through our company, and the Bell Ford staff coming right out and telling us this immediately, made us feel that we could trust them to continue to provide us with up front honesty when purchasing our car. They could have easily hid this from us and used it later to entice us into buying our Ford, or not even tell us at all and pocket the money. They didn't, which equals very happy customers!!! Another thing that we liked about them is that they took time in appraising our trade, looking at it multiple times. This allowed us to obtain a higher trade in value = More savings for us!!. Great experience, attentive and friendly staff = Happy with Bell Road Ford !!! We look forward to buying our next car from them in the future!!! More

Good sales experiance, Service not so much. Shelly was nice in service but Service manager has made me regret buying my truck and even a Ford. Sales guy (Sage Martinez)was excellent and he gave me a good feeling about the place I disliked years back. If only what he said in the sales process was true. Proof you should not buy any of the extra warranty's they sell you as when you go to use it is not covered. More

Bell Ford did everything they could for me. Lisa was friendly and helpful when I was considering the new Mustang. I told her from the beginning that I didn't think I was in a position to buy one yet, but she made sure she did everything she could for me while I was there (including a spirited test drive!). I could tell that she wanted the sale and she was certainly trying to sell me on the car, but I never felt like I was being pushed into it. She presented a couple of great cars to choose from and I felt like they made a fair offer. The sale price of the new Mustang and the trade-in price for my old Mustang were both reasonable and tempting . I did elect to hold off on the purchase because I don't feel that the purchase aligns with my ambitious financial goals at this time, but this was out of her control. More
