They couldn't get it correct if they tried. Made an appointment to get my SUV aligned. Got there, they were usually busy. No one was there, they service guy ask if I could leave it over night, Made an appointment to get my SUV aligned. Got there, they were usually busy. No one was there, they service guy ask if I could leave it over night, I said, it's noon, you close at 6pm, I'm sure you can get it done by then. Service guy calls around 5, says come and pick it up. Paid $99 bucks, ask for the alignment paperwork, they guy never came back. Called the next day, ask to have the paperwork faxed or something, so I could pick it up. The service director, said, yes, I'll fax it to you, in just a few. Never saw the paperwork. On the way home, I noticed the SUV felt like someone had made it worse, so, again called, they said they had a 12 month warranty on the alignment. So, after a few weeks, I started to notice, the front tires were looking kinda like they were.wearing. Took it to the tire shop, the put it on the alignment machine and said, its out slightly, but enough to wear tires. Took it back to bell ford to see what they were going to do and right off the get go, they start saying I did it. WOW, way to keep a customer, I got so mad, I just said forget it. So, I filed a complaint with ford, and nothing, but I filed on with the BBB and they were able to negotiate a partial refund. GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THIS ONE FOR SERVICE!!!! More

Horrible Customer Service Test drove an F150, loved it. The next day I emailed my sales person with a lot of information about my trade in, my credit scores, etc. looking for Test drove an F150, loved it. The next day I emailed my sales person with a lot of information about my trade in, my credit scores, etc. looking for a "ballpark" lease payment figure. If it was in my payment range I was going to go back in to make a deal. Some idiot, Christian Gore, intercepted the email and sent me the most stupid, ONE sentence response about their leases starting at $259....REALLY! They must have people lined up at their doors to treat a potential sale so poorly. Done...Bell Ford is out of my vocabulary. More
Long story short I got a car from another dealership and it was crap. The process was so fast and easy. I kept saying is that when all the paper work was done and signed. I highly recommend seeing Chris Long at Bell Ford. More

He also did a great job of helping us get a good deal on our purchase and getting all the paper work done! We felt we did an excellent job with his knowledge of the car and helping get all our gadgets to work in the EcoSport. Have been to Bell Ford before and knew that they treat you right! In a special way, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to "Jennifer Phillips, who with her wise advice convinced me into buying a Ford Escape 2018. My coming to the sales department was not to buy a new car, but to follow up a call I had received from Berverly. During my arrival, she wasn't around, thus, ending up into Jennifer's hands. I would say that Jennifer, according to my experience, she is great and wise sales personnel. She did not stop in convincing me to buy a new car, she still has been there for me whenever I have/had any question about my new car. Thanks Jennifer and all the sales personnel in sales department. Thanks Bell Ford for your customer care expertise. Thumbs up. I would recommend Jennifer and Bell Ford as whole to any customer. More
Junk car and unwanted sales calls! I originally purchased a Ford Focus that was certified pre-owned. Within months of purchase it was having major transmission issues. I would take it in and they would just give me the run around. I was finally able to get out of that vehicle into a used Hyundai from them but not after my money wasted, and lots of headaches. This was my first vehicle I purchased all by myself and it feels as though they took advantage of that. Now several years after my initial purchase, and after many times of telling them to stop calling me, they will not stop. I do not want to do any more business with them and am very unlikely to buy the Ford products they sell. I have said this to several different of their sales callers only to have them call again a month later. I don't usually review a business but so much of this experience has been horrendous. More
Disappointed Customer Purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 Lariat from the used car lot. It has been in the shop 3 of the 4 months that I have owned the vehicle. First issue was Purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 Lariat from the used car lot. It has been in the shop 3 of the 4 months that I have owned the vehicle. First issue was water in the floor board. Fixed by the dealership, twice. Second issue was AC was blowing hot and cold out at the same time. Fixed by my warranty company. Third issue back up camera went blank. Fixed by my warranty company. Fourth issue the coils and spark plugs are bad. Warranty and dealership refused to fix. Truck has been in the shop for 14 days still not fixed. Warranty will only cover 1 day of rental car coverage. Dealership none!! Even though truck has been sitting waiting to be fixed for 14 days. No communication in that 14 day period about warranty not covering broken coils and spark plugs. I put 6,000 miles truck no way spark plugs and coils should not go bad in that time frame. Maintenance intervals are every 100,000 miles. Truck had 124,000 on it when purchased. Ford stand by your products and your customers. Don't make people regret purchasing used vehicles and going to your competitors next time they are in the market for a used truck. More
