Coming from a rural community in Northern AZ, it’s difficult to come down to Phoenix and hope we find what we need. Ross was able to communicate with us through phone calls, email, and texting to make sure that we got what we needed before we took our 5 hour drive down south. We’re so happy we went with Bell Ford and that we had Ross to assist us every step of the way. We’re always hesitant to come to a dealership because of past experiences with other dealerships.
