Joe Ribando worked with us via phone/email/text to select the right vehicle and agreement on the total price before we got in the car to drive there. Not typical. The dealership is customer friendly, we weren't pressured to buy extra options/coverage we didn't want, and the truck was detailed and ready when we arrived. Good online selection of vehicles and customer friendly, they're a good choice. Joe even followed up the next week after the purchase to ask if all was going well. An amazing buying experience at Bell Ford!! Buying a new vehicle should be fun, and this time it was! Unlike any other dealership I have been to, the people at Bell Ford made the entire buying p Buying a new vehicle should be fun, and this time it was! Unlike any other dealership I have been to, the people at Bell Ford made the entire buying process from start to finish, truly an enjoyable experience. Everyone at Bell Ford made me feel like a valued person, almost like a member of a great family. I felt that I was not just a customer, but a special and respected client. I never felt as if my time was being wasted. To the contrary, the process was extremely efficient. I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Robert Cahn, Sales Manager Brian Curci and Finance Officer Zach Jun. I was willing to travel, even fly to another city to find the right truck at the right price. I had already looked extensively throughout Southern California and was set to look in Arizona, followed by Nevada. I was looking for a new 2018 F-150 that had, at the minimum, a list of options I desired. After calling all the dealers in the Phoenix area, I set out only to visit the ones that had F-150s with at least those options. I visited roughly five Phoenix dealers before arriving at Bell Ford. Before driving in, I first talked with salesman Robert Cahn over the phone to confirm the vehicle was available. Then I spoke with sales manager, Brian Curci. Over the phone, Brian and I discussed some preliminary pricing. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Robert Cahn. He was very friendly and knowledgeable; and seemed under no pressure to sell a vehicle. Robert led me so smoothly through the entire process, including helping me evaluate the different models available; thus ensuring I was buying the right truck. Once we had settled on a specific truck, Robert and Brian Curci work diligently to get to the selling price that made the truck a good value. While doing so, Brian was very patient and informative with regard to how the “out the door price” was derived. After agreeing on a price, I was introduced to Zach Jun, the Finance Officer. Zack discussed financing, warranties, pricing for different options, and protection packages that were available. He patiently guided me through the differences, logically explaining all the details. All of this was presented by Zach in such a straightforward and simple manner, further making the process easy to understand. Salesman Robert Cahn’s manner is truly outstanding. Even after the purchase of the F-150 was completed, Robert Cahn assisted me with returning my rental car to the airport so I could drive back home. After the sale, Robert has always been available in a friendly and courteous manner to assist with answering questions. Buying a new vehicle should be fun, and it was, with the help of these three gentlemen. They will go the extra mile to give you the quality time and service you deserve, making the entire experience a true pleasure. They are a tremendous asset to Bell Ford and I am most grateful for all their client respect and knowledge. The next month after the sale, I researched Bell Ford, and found them to be a part of the Berge Dealership Group. This dealer group seems to stand out well above all the other dealers. In the future, no matter what car I am purchasing, I will first look to a Berge Dealership, as it is worth flying into Phoenix to purchase a vehicle! I wish this same dealer group was closer to my home, so I could have them take care of my vehicle’s service needs.
