We are now 7 purchases in with Bell Ford and their sales/finance team. We have been working with Collin and Zach with every purchase and their level of customer service has been beyond reproach. These two gentleman are very upfront with everything, and work with the us to come to a mutual agreement on any concessions needed from us and anything that is still due from them. Zach with finance has always made sure that we are aligned with our financial commitment for payments as well as discussing and adding service agreements for our vehicles to help us with peace of mind in maintaining our vehicles. We cannot be happier with our purchases and continued business with Bell Ford. More
In short, Bell Ford’s service department has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. It’s that simple, but if you want more details about my experience, read on. After dropping off my vehicle, a technician did not look at it for 10 days, then it took another few days to order parts. The service advisor could not be reached for days and I was later told he was out ill. Apparently a customer’s vehicle does not get worked on if their service advisor is out of the office. They had my vehicle for over three weeks before I was told it was ready for me to pick up. They didn’t repair one particular issue, saying it was normal. (BTW, if your front wheel wells covers pull into your tires, that’s not normal.) They also did not fix a major leak caused by a rear window seal. In order to have the leak fixed, Bell Ford told me to call a glass company they partnered with to do the warranty work. When I called the glass company, they said they would be able to do the work the next day and it had to be done at the dealership because they needed parts from the dealership. They also said that Bell Ford never contacted them to fix my vehicle. I coordinated the glass company going to the dealership to work on my vehicle and the problem was fixed in about an hour. I later took my vehicle to Sanderson Ford and showed them the wheel well covers. The advisor acknowledged the issue was not right and they fixed the problem. My vehicle was ready for me to pick up the next business day. I’ll definitely drive an extra half hour to a dealership that takes care of their customers. You couldn’t pay me to go back to Bell Ford. More
