I dropped off the vehicle overnight and it was ready the next day. JP kept me informed about what was needed to replace the radiator, and the cost estimate. Although and expensive repair, the actual cost came in under the estimate and I was back on the road. Great servie. More

The words “fun” and “car buying” usually don’t get used in the same sentence, however I’m here to tell you that not only did my wife and I have fun at Bell Ford, we had a BLAST. William, Teen, and Kevin tr in the same sentence, however I’m here to tell you that not only did my wife and I have fun at Bell Ford, we had a BLAST. William, Teen, and Kevin treated my wife and I like family. They were professional, knowledgeable, and just flat out fun. They were patient with us, explained all of our options, worked hard to help get us the best deal they could, and best of all... made life time customers out of us! 10/10 would recommend this group of guys to anyone!! They treat ya like family, and they do business the right way. Now I just need to convince my wife that I need a new truck... Go to Bell Ford! More
Service Department needs an overhaul! We have purchased 6 cars through Bell ford and have never had as horrible service as we have with the service department! Very rude, uneducated and disrespectful! Charge cars through Bell ford and have never had as horrible service as we have with the service department! Very rude, uneducated and disrespectful! Charge an arm and a leg and getting crappy service not a great combo!!!!! I will not ever again bring our cars to this location for service. We are even reconsidering a different location for future purchases. More

"Plan on leaving it all day" is what I was told. Appointments should be for approximately when your vehicle will be seen, not for when the vehicles owner will be seen.
