Service Department- Nov 4th, 2024. I made an appointment with Kody Schmierer to have my 2014 Ford Raptor have work done on a recent Ford Recall. Kody said they would pick up and return I made an appointment with Kody Schmierer to have my 2014 Ford Raptor have work done on a recent Ford Recall. Kody said they would pick up and return my car the exact same day. I did not receive a call all day from my service advisor. I call and text his cell phone and do not get a call back at the end of the day. I call and texted Kody again in the morning and no response for 2 hours. I call the service manager and then I finally get a call back from Kody. He advises me that I called to late yesterday and that is why he did not respond. I responded that I received 10 text messages from Bell Ford and I would expect that my service advisor would call me with updates and especially if there was going to be a delay...Kody then promised that my vehicle would be ready and delivered at 11am; and of course that did not happen. I keep texting every hour and no response. Finally the vehicle shows up at 2pm with no advance notice. Good service is hard to come by these days and unfortunately here is another example.
