Knowledgable Friendly Service We ordered a base model Ford Fusion hybrid. Our sales consultant Dan Friihauf did an excellent job of explaining options to us, getting us a good deal We ordered a base model Ford Fusion hybrid. Our sales consultant Dan Friihauf did an excellent job of explaining options to us, getting us a good deal and keeping us updated on the progress of the car. When the car arrived he explained the features to us. We hadn't had a new car since 2001 so that was very useful. The new car was clean and shiny and had a full tank of fuel. The other staff that we encountered was very friendly. The F&I person didn't argue with us when we turned down all the wonderful protection he offered, a refreshing change from an experience at another dealership a long time ago. We will definitely return to Bell Ford next time we buy a new car. More
