I have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 8years from this dealership. My sales rep Lou Graf is amazing and goes the extra mile everytime. I called to get it in for service which took longer to get in and during the scheduled service date I went over my 36k warranty by 270 miles. When the service rep told me I was out of warranty and they wouldnt cover it, he told me I could call ford myself to open a warranty investigation bcase. I felt this was unacceptable and since I have purchased so many vehicles from this dealership. My explorer is only 2yrs old and my lease is up in 1yr. I feel the Ford warranty is unacceptable compared the GM/ chrysler warranty. The dealership did nothing to help and made me work through ford directly which I did. Ford stepped to and turned a 1200 bill into a $100 deductable which was great customer service on their part however still kind of crappy I had to pay for a ford defect. The Adrian Bell Ford dealership passed the buck to ford and did the bare minimum. More

Recently took car in for leaking sunroof, car was wet when taken in, car was wet and not cleaned from water damage. Was told it was before I picked it up.
