Bell Chevrolet walked me through my new Badlands Bronco order painlessly and answered all my questions through the process. The paperwork was pre-filled out, required just a few minutes of signatures and after a great tutorial on some of the vehicles features, I was in and out driving my truck off the lot. From the moment I walked in the door to driving away was a total of 20 minutes. My Newfoundland, Dawson, was even invited into the showroom ;) I could have purchased this vehicle closer to my northern Michigan home but chose to go to Bell Ford for their white glove customer service. I would give this more stars if I could… More

The shift motor for my truck finally came in..(6 mths).. it didn't fix the problem. so after over 800 bucks for a new shift module and shift motor to Bell ford in Adrian... and after I refused to pay for th it didn't fix the problem. so after over 800 bucks for a new shift module and shift motor to Bell ford in Adrian... and after I refused to pay for the shift motor and to install it, told em to put the old parts back in. they found a broken wire in the harness going to the shift motor.. problem fixed. service manager said he couldn't prove the module and shift motor weren't bad, but we won't charge you to repair the wire. .. lol. More

I was searching for a Lincoln Aviator online and found it in Adrian, MI. We drove an hour away to see it and fell in love with it. After purchasing, we added tinted windows to it and it had a dent that was b in Adrian, MI. We drove an hour away to see it and fell in love with it. After purchasing, we added tinted windows to it and it had a dent that was being repaired in the body shop. It also needed to be detailed because it was a used car. Jim was friendly and professional. However, once the car was delivered a week later the interior wasn't cleaned. I found hair ties, keys and other trash from the previous owner in it. Also the window tint had a bubble with a hair curled inside the bubble. Jim was prompt to respond and we are currently resolving the issues stated above. If the dealership would've double checked, these things could've been prevented...the bummer is I have to drive an hour away to get these items fixed from the dealership we purchased the vehicle from. When Varsity Lincoln is 3 miles away. Next time I will wait and purchase local, so I don't have to deal with the headache. More
