I had a very good experience with Bell Ford in leasing my Ford Edge. I (a A/Z plan Ford retiree) live just across the border in Sylvania Township, OH and leased a "23 Edge and traded in my "19 Flex. I rece Ford Edge. I (a A/Z plan Ford retiree) live just across the border in Sylvania Township, OH and leased a "23 Edge and traded in my "19 Flex. I received a fair trade-in price for my Flex, although not without some negotiation, and thanks to Jack Vetitoe and Bell's owner Matt Bell, (hint make sure you have other offers from competing dealers). They didn't give me a hard-shell on all their "extras" and I have to point out Dan Callahan (Finance manager) for his extraordinary effort to rewrite my lease contract several days later when I realized I didn't have sufficient mileage accumulation, no small task for an out of state contract. Thanks Dan, you helped me sleep much better. Jack Vetitoe, thanks for the explanation on Ford Pass points and what they can be used for (hint free oil changes), I didn't get that explanation on my "19 Flex when I leased it 3.5 years ago. Bell Ford, a nice place to do business. More

My Maverick was in for a recall on side air bags, I was very pleased the the service. Bell Ford gave me a loaner to use while repairs were made. I picked the truck up in a timely manner.
