Best experience ever! I have put off buying a vehicle for several months, possibly years, simply because I didn't want to deal with a car person. If I had known how awesome Jerry Hayes is at Greg Bell Chevrolet Cadillac, I would have bought a vehicle much sooner. Jerry took time with me and never made me feel as though I was being pressured to buy. With that being said, he also didn't forget about me---he kept in touch through emails and texts. When I finally decided to take the leap and purchase, Jerry was very helpful---explaining the steps I needed to go through and making sure all the paperwork was in order before I made the 2 plus hour drive to pick up my car. That drive ended up being closer to 4 hours due to traffic. Jerry and I exchanged texts throughout the trip when I realized I wasn't going to make it before the dealership closed. I felt horrible, and was expecting Jerry to say, "Let's plan another day." He didn't. In all his conversations with me, he kept saying, "drive safe," it's okay," "we will be here when you get here." I finally arrived at Greg Bell Chevrolet Cadillac and was greeted so nicely by Jerry, Hank and Mark. Time is valuable, and cannot be replaced---they get it, they went above and beyond, and for that they have a customer for life, a customer who will refer the dealership and Jerry Hayes at every opportunity.
