Purchasing experience was ok. Our Sales person Michelle was nice. If you email her with any questions she answers righ back until you complain about something then she stops reponding to your emails. On the other hand the person that did the paper work was nice until we decline to buy an extended warranty, thats when his attitude change. He didnt like that we decline the extended warranty. Felt like he was trying to force us to buy it. It was kinda uncomfortable . Truck drove fine for a couple of days, now it need new struts. So just make sure you inspected the car real good before you buy it. My mistake. They wont tell you if any maintenance is coming up. All they are going to say is that it went thrue their inspection. But they wont say what they found out on the inspection. My mistake. Oh and im still waiting for paperwork so i can get license plates. More
