Very poor car service I had to bring my Q7 multiple times within couple of months for the same issue. Service professionals do not do a complete job and finally never fixed I had to bring my Q7 multiple times within couple of months for the same issue. Very positive as expected for a premium brand. I took my A7 in routine maintenance and had no problem at all. They took my car right away and in an hour and a half I was on my way home. Maybe I caught them on a not so busy day in February where the outside temp was 11 degrees. You would expect this type of service from a premium brand like Audi. This was the third time I had service performed and each time was a very good experience. Sales and service at Bell has been very positive for me. More

Worst experience with dealer The staff at this dealership is extremely helpful only as long as you don't need to bring in your car in for service. After 30 days pass and even with the purchased warranty, every time you go there it's a new story and lies. They always seem to want to know the name of the financial manager you spoke to when you purchased the vehicle and now are claiming that the repairs are "supposedly" not covered by the warranty and are even trying to make me pay for a fee for a diagnosis. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More

Jonathan and the service team at Bell Audi far exceeded my expectations when I recently brought my car in for a warranty claim. One of the fuel injector sensors failed on my S4 and gas sprayed all over my my expectations when I recently brought my car in for a warranty claim. One of the fuel injector sensors failed on my S4 and gas sprayed all over my engine compartment. The team did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and ensuring no shortcuts were taken when fixing the problem. They thoroughly cleaned my engine compartment to ensure the fuel odor was eliminated and also fixed a fuel pump issue they discovered during service which probably saved me a future trip and possibly being stranded roadside. My Audi A5 unfortunately required a major engine work. My car was worked on for just over one month and during this time I was given a loaner car which kept my daily routine not disrupted. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction in a very friendly, knowledgeable and professionally manner. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have been dealing with Bell Audi for over 11 years owning 3 different Audi's during this time and always found them to be professional and honest. I recommend them to my friends and family. More

I have happily referred my friends to the dealership and they have had the same experience as mine. I always feel like I've been treated with respect, more like a friend than like a customer, with the people at Bell always looking to go the extra mile to help. For example, I was taking my wife out for dinner and a show for her birthday, but hit a nail and had a flat. When I casually mentioned it to Tom Poulin, the dealership's GM (I happened to be in the dealership that afternoon to buy a part), he sent a tech to my house to change the tire for me so I wouldn't have to wait for roadside assist and worry about missing the show! That is typical, and that ethos - treating their customers like the staff would treat their friends -- permeates the whole operation from sales to service. Before Bell I had never purchased the same make and from the same dealership twice in a row. I am currently on my fifth Audi in a row from Bell. Keep up the good work! More
