Thank you for politely taking my call and for reviewing my criticism. I also appreciated the follow up call from James. But the issue remains unchanged - document delivery was delayed and occurred several weeks AFTER the temporary permit expired - despite timely requests for updates and explanations. Meanwhile, the vehicle cannot be driven and will likely remain garaged for another 2 wks.

Thank you Albert, but the car was purchased on 1/20/24 and DMV still has no documentation. Please provide proof of the document submission that James was reportedly “researching”. Perhaps you can organize a loaner vehicle as I can’t drive the car without any form of registration.
