I was compelled to write this review of my sales person Albert Nkansa because of the level of professionalism I have received. I have leased numerous cars from Luxury brands like Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity Albert Nkansa because of the level of professionalism I have received. I have leased numerous cars from Luxury brands like Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and have never experienced this level of professionalism and attentiveness to every detail of getting my new Audi A6. The deal was not that simple as I needed Bell Audi to pay off my existing lease of the Acura MDX and get the best possible deal on the new Audi. I also was very particular about the color and the equipment on the new car. Albert Nkansa went out of his way to make sure that all of my requirements were met. Because of my busy schedule, I also have requested that a car had to be delivered on a certain day and at a certain time. Bell Audi did not have the car that I wanted, so they were able to locate a car at another dealership and Albert went there and drove the car back to Bell Audi and made sure that it was ready for the pickup upon my arrival. Albert also gave me a very comprehensive review of the car's features. I am thrilled with my overall experience with Albert Nkansa and will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. Now I want to give a special comment to the sales manager Vinny Korha, Vinny together will Albert were able to do their magic to pull me from my Acura lease and put me in the new A6. My husband and I were in yesterday to purchase a used A6, after having had a bad experience at another Audi dealership in Central New Jersey. And even though we were buying a used car, we were treated as though we were a very special customer making a very special purchase. Jason was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and low key. We never felt pressured or as though we were just a number. It was an exciting day for us to be getting our "new" Audi. We are so happy that we did it with Jason and Bell Audi. It made it an even better experience :) We already told Jason to keep his eye out for another great car that would suit our needs...because we will be back! Robert, from the Finance department, was wonderful to work with also. He got us a fabulous rate and advised us about other things honestly and without being pushy. I can't really say enough about Albert. My personal situation was challenging so it took two visits before I could drive home with my new car. Bell Audi + Albert made the Volvo dealership I went to look like a homemade haircut. I was so new with the Audi brand, I didn't even know how the ignition key worked. Albert didn't shun me for that or for any other question I had. He took the time to hook up my iPhone4 to the car & establish the Bluetooth connection. I felt compelled to call him the next day just to let him know how much I appreciated his service. My experience at Bell Audi was unlike any other dealer (of any brand). I feel lucky that I found my car at Bell. I highly doubt that there's another Audi Dealership with an "Albert" in t he try-state area. I will be reccomending Albert to my friends who need a vehicle - new or used. More

When my husband decided to award our son for his academic well done by getting him his dream car - Audi A5, my son chose to go to his nearby Bell Audi dealer for a test-drive. He was able to locate the car right away and showed us its VIN#, options & MSRP. Upon our agreement on the price, then I signed the order and gave him the deposit. The process was fast and smooth. Within a week, Adnan drove all the way to Fairfield CT to get our car back; last night we spent less than an hour in the dealership to finish the paperworks and my son drove his dream car out of the dealer's parking lot. I was very impressed with my first experience with Audi, especially my sales advisor Albert Nkansa. You never know who you will be paired with when you walk in the door, and I'm lucky to say I got the "righ especially my sales advisor Albert Nkansa. Just professional and courteous service from beginning to end. As a former driver of Mercedes and BMW, I must admit that my A4 has to be my favorite car to date. I was interested in leasing the Q7 and was looking at the model on the sales floor. Albert Nkansa offered to take me for a test drive and within 5 minutes we were on the road. He was very confident in his vehicle and extremely knowledgeable about all its functions. After taking the test drive I knew I had to have this suv. We proceeded with the finance aspect of the lease and he understood and worked with me to get me to the payment I was comfortable with.
