Albert's in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm about the Audi brand make it a truly enjoyable sales experience. Albert went above and beyond to re-assure my wife that the Q7 would be a great car for her by organizing a test drive with the whole family (including transferring two car seats from the old car so the two kids could also join the fun). This was the final push needed to seal the deal. Albert has a great personality which contributed significantly towards the enjoyable sales experience. I enjoy the discussions with both Albert and Jonathan on the current and future Audi products and the competition, for me this contributes towards having the full experience. The message being available whenever, was also delivered on by Albert whenever I had questions. A great touch from Albert was sending pictures of the car when it arrived at the dealer, all wrapped up and later when the wrapping was removed. Just an extra service which helped extending the excitement of taking delivery of a brand new car. At the delivery Albert took all the time needed to explain the functionalities of the car to my wife and even tough me a thing or two which were applicable to my A6.
