Purchased a CPO A4 Quattro a little over two years ago from Bell. Buying experience was extremely pleasurable and would certainly recommend anyone looking for an Audi to Bell. Recently, I had work done at a different Audi dealership in the area who adamantly told me my car was not covered under warranty. Car would not start. Under 6 years since car was originally sol and under 100K miles. Proceeded to charge me over $7,600 in repairs. Steve Stoop and the Bell Audi team looked over the bill for me and within minutes backed that the car is under warranty and that all the charges should be reversed. The dealership that did the work wrongfully took $7,600 of mine and would have kept that money if it were not for Steve and the rest of the Bell Audi team. He has certainly made me a Bell customer for life and I am incredibly thankfully for his/their willingness to help me in a situation they did not need to. My Experience at the Bell Audi dealership on Route 1 in Edison was quite impressive! We were greeted by the friendly front desk person who immediately offered her assistance to guide/ help us with our needs. I wanted to look at my options for potentially trading in my old Saturn for a Audi Q5. We were immediately introduced to Albert Nkansa, who then led me through the process which resulted in me closing the deal on the vehicle. Albert is exceptional at what he does, it was quite obvious from the beginning that he knows the product very well and did a great job with educating us on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. What stood out most in my mind was his patience and honesty throughout the entire process, from the road test to closing the deal with Shree Jasty. He made us feel as if we were the only clients at that time. At no point during our interaction did we feel rushed or being compelled to close any deals. Steve Stoop should be a role model for car sales man. He is very friendly and very genuine. He's very knowledgeable about all the cars. He's able to answer all questions without pretending & making up something I want to hear. He's not a pit bull who attacks & doesn't let go. He gives me my space & time to think about it without harassing me. He follows up in a very professional way. I am ready for my second Audi & will without a doubt work with Steve Stoop again.
