Great Dealer....Love how they do business...especially Steve Worked with Steve. Bid on vehicle on Ebay and came in to look at the vehicle. At first I was taken back, as Steve was not very talkative. He did great us (my husband and I), but didn't try to work up any small convo about where I worked, etc...I think I was just used to that behavior from other dealers I have dealt with, so when he did not follow suit, it was just different to me. I liked it though, I didn't feel overwhelmed, or felt like I was being coerced to buy the vehicle.....Steve was patient and was attentive to my questions. His customer service was superb. He was even willing to discuss pricing with me, even though we had already settled on a price before coming in. Long story short, Steve has changed my opinion about car salesmen. If I can, I would go back to him every time I need to buy a vehicle. More

He took the time to explain the vehicle inside and out and answer all of our questions and find the exact right vehicle to fit our needs. Unlike experiences in the past Marc did not try to sell us something we didn't need based on our conversations. When it came time to negotiate the deal it was the smoothest transaction I ever had purchasing a car. I had done a lot of research beforehand and was expecting to have to push for a good price on the car as well as on my trade-in but the offer we received was fair and right on the money as far as what we wanted to pay (wanted, not expected!). The financing process with Ryan was the same....pleasant experience, received the best rate possible based on the research that I did with no issues. Received the vehicle in great shape and both Marc and Ryan have been available for any follow-up questions we have had. Would not hesitate to recommend Bell Audi and Marc and Ryan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I was always completely satisfied with their service, so when it was time for my lease to end, I decided to revisit Bell. Steve Stoop introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for. We told him our story and he was more than eager to get us to purchase at Bell. He was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and ultimately he presented us with an offer we were delighted to take.
