("Don't bother calling us" mentality basically) And they made me miss an incentive deal by a few days. Luckily, Bell Audi came through for me and made it all work. I would definitely come again. I received a call within a few days, then no response to my emails or calls. This was the salesman Derek. Then, after a few days I called back and spoke to Kiki. He began nice and took the vehicle to a repair shop for an inspection as I was out of state. Then the experience went down hill. He actually yelled on the phone at me! Lol, and used many capital letters in an email. I was proposing a cash deal on a used vehicle. Maybe if I financed a new vehicle I would have seen more respect? This left a horrid taste in my mouth, but I believe everything works out for the reason it should! More

Recently, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at another dealership where a salesman treated me like a second-class buyer because I was a woman. After finding my dream car online, I reluctantly contacted Bell Audi, expecting to get more of the same. Thankfully, Mark Levine answered the phone. Wow. What a difference. I was treated with the utmost consideration and respect from the first phone call I placed to driving my certified pre-owned Audi A4 off the lot 24 hours later, and I have nothing but great things to say about Mark and Bell Audi. This guy is a true professional and went out of his way to ensure that I was able to get the car of my dreams. Their finance guy, Ryan Bonderenko, was a true pleasure and got me approved for a ridiculously low interest rate. I will never purchase a car from anywhere else again (and I live 2 hours away in PA). Worst experience with dealer The staff at this dealership is extremely helpful only as long as you don't need to bring in your car in for service. After 30 days pass and even with the purchased warranty, every time you go there it's a new story and lies. They always seem to want to know the name of the financial manager you spoke to when you purchased the vehicle and now are claiming that the repairs are "supposedly" not covered by the warranty and are even trying to make me pay for a fee for a diagnosis. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More
