Great Experience. In and out with brand new car in an hour! I had a great experience with Bell Audi. He didn't pressure me at all, but we were able to work out a great price on a brand new 2015 A4 turbo quattro lease without any 'salesee' crap. The dealership is beautiful and high quality, although it should when selling cars over 6 figures. Best of all, my salesman Adnan came in on his day off, the following day just so I could pick up my brand new detailed car! I am so happy he helped me get into a brand new Audi instead of the used one, and love it. When my lease is coming close to its end, I plan on heading back to get an A5 this time! The dealership is beautiful and everyone treats you great. I was very pleased! More

An amazing experience I went to Bell Audi on a search for a car that functions well in the snow. Never having all wheel drive or being familiar with the brand, I did not k I went to Bell Audi on a search for a car that functions well in the snow. Never having all wheel drive or being familiar with the brand, I did not know what I was looking for. Upon entering the door I was greeted by Marc Levine, who took my family and I under his wing. He explained all the different vehicles to us as well as their functions. As someone with very little car knowledge, he explained everything going on under the hood in terms that I was able to understand. This really helped me and allowed me to see the the wonderful safety features Audi has to keep me and other passengers safe. Marc also showed us how great Audi performs in the snow. He showed us Youtube videos that people have taken of their Audis in the snow. This helped to persuade me to get the Audi because I knew these were actual users and not the car company making a commercial to sell me a car. Mr. Levine also showed us the parts department and on the best and most effective test drive I have ever been on. Mr. Levine's knowledge, expertise, and approachability helped me settle on an Audi and I could not be happier! More

I cannot say enough about how he gave attention to every detail. Jason brought me to my car, set up my presets, and even programed my garage door opener! Called me days later and told me to keep a list of questions I might have moving forward! I havent used the Bell Audi service dept. yet. Hopefully, my experience will be equally as satifying. Like the saying goes.... the 2nd best car salesman is the service manager..... reveiws to follow once i have had a chance to experience the service. Dealer saved me from Audi of America's Shenanigans Adnan is a wonderful sales person. This dealer offered me a great deal on my A3, and lined everything up for me. However Audi of America left my car o Adnan is a wonderful sales person. This dealer offered me a great deal on my A3, and lined everything up for me. However Audi of America left my car on the dock in Germany for 1 month, and refused to tell me anything about it and help in any way with any of my questions and requests. ("Don't bother calling us" mentality basically) And they made me miss an incentive deal by a few days. Luckily, Bell Audi came through for me and made it all work. I would definitely come again.
