Excellent buying experience I was in the market for another luxury sedan, I was considering the A7 or another A6. I was lucky enough to have bought a Q7 previously from Albert Nkansa, who I have to say is the best sales person I have ever met. He was thoroughly professional answering all my questions and taking the time to test drive the A7 that I was thinking of buying. Unfortunately the dealership didn’t have the color combos I wanted but Albert took my order and promised delivery before Christmas and sure enough I received my new car before the date promised. Albert was extremely available, plus he provided his personal cell if I had any follow up questions. In the past I have been able to call Albert for any need I had regarding my other Audi’s. I bought my first Audi from a different dealership but have switched to Bell Audi because of how great Albert has been with everything. Albert took as long as I needed to make sure I was comfortable with my new Audi A7 and even answered some questions my wife had on her Q7 while we were there.
