I hate buying a car! I really don't like buying a car. When I came into the dealership I wasn't sure I wanted an Audi. Bell Audi is far ahead of it's competiors. I live quite a long distance from Bell Audi. Their primary focus is on customer service. Their prices are significantly better. Their inventory is bigger. And the quality of their staff is far superior. My salesperson, Derek Rieckhoff, did everything possible to make a remote transaction feel as if I were at the dealership. He was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. The finance manager (who was my former sales person) Ryan Schmidt, continues to be outstanding at what he does. He makes you feel very comfortable when closing the transaction and does a great job of securing the best possible financing, in a quick and professional manner. These two gentlemen are an integral part of a larger team that places Bell Audi far ahead of it's competition. That is why I will continue to travel far and get my Audi from Bell. More

Excellent Experience i went in to Bell Audi to enquire about the A3 as one my options and finally ended up buying it. Thanks to Marc Levine the sales person who is well in i went in to Bell Audi to enquire about the A3 as one my options and finally ended up buying it. Thanks to Marc Levine the sales person who is well informed and very knowledgable about the car. The test drive was just amazing, Marc let me to test the car very well. He checked with me about my must have options in the car and made sure they have the car in the inventory that matched that criteria and helped me get a good deal. During the entire process, Marc never pushed me to make a decision right away, he gave me enough time to make an informed decision. The paper work was handled by Shree Jasti, the process was very smooth and didn't have any hiccups. Shree explained all the options and helped me get a very good deal with Audi Financial Services. Thank you Derek Rieckhoff Recently I leased an A3 Audi from Bell Audi in Edison. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and consideration of my time. I came to the dealership with several request and Derek immediately walked me over to a vehicle, to suggest and explain that this model would suit me best. Once we sat down to discuss pricing, it came to his attention that he couldn't fill all my needs at that time but he would get back to me by the next business day with options. As promised, the next day I recieved a call saying he had located a vehicle with everything I had request. This particular car was at a dealership in PA, but Derek offered to go pick it up for me and have ready to take home by the end of the week. I agreed this fit my needs and picked the car up within a few days. At that point Derek was extremely helpful and took time to walk me through all the features of the car. I ended up having several other questions a week later and Derek suggested I come back so he could help; and again he did. Lastly, I was surprised to see the follow up that Derek did after the sale was complete. He reached out a few weeks later to see how I was enjoying my car and how it was handling the rough winter weather. I felt that Derek genuinely cared about my customer experience and was not solely looking to make another sale. It was a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to a long future with Audi because of his level of professionalism and expertise. More
