Mr. Ajay Puri was not interested to talk or help - please stay clear of him. He was slow to respond to my original inquiry. After getting hold of him, he wouldn't have a fair discussion. He wants me to go to KBB or another dealer to tradein my car, then go back to him for a purchase. He neither has the interest nor patience for a customer acquisition. Good luck you guys, hope you get to work with another sales person there! More
Rami, Rami, Rami !!! I've been in the car business for 6+ years now. I work for another branded dealership (not that I don't stand by my brand lol I just see it every day I've been in the car business for 6+ years now. I work for another branded dealership (not that I don't stand by my brand lol I just see it every day and wanted to go off the grid.) However our corporation is also connected to another Audi store else where. With all of my connections I still couldn't find a better deal for an Audi then what bell Audi offered. but the icing on the cake was working with Rami. A true stand up guy with no pressure. no games, no tricks. If you want an Audi, Rami is the guy.... ps. I also want to give some credit to the finance guys who's names I forgot but xxxx they got me a great rate. More

Best experience ever from a Audi Dealership I have been an Audi customer for over 15 years. I have bought only Audi cars. I have bought from many dealerships but I have to be honest Bell is by f I have been an Audi customer for over 15 years. I have bought only Audi cars. I have bought from many dealerships but I have to be honest Bell is by far the best one. I called and asked for the sales manager. I met Bobby D'Angelo. From the minute I met him, he was the most professional manager I have ever seen. I told him I like to cut to the chase, no sales person etc. I even had a trade. I did it all over the phone. Yes they are in business to make money but with me you will make a paycheck but not get rich, lol. I called him one day, the very next day my car was ready and insurance was done. OMG, I was so scared about how easy it went. When I got their I met Bobby and he hooked me up with AL. OMG again what a joy. So friendly, no hidden costs, BS etc, down to the point, easy to talk to and just a hell of a guy. Loves his cars so that helps lol. I even told him that I do not like going to the business office. He even prepped the business manager. I get to see the business manager- okay am I broken record yet??? OMG!! What a joy to deal with. He sold me the rim and tire package and the maintenance package. I agreed to that and only that. He was not pushy but instead very professional. Overall hands down I will only buy from Bell Audi. Also FYI I live in upstate NY and they are in NJ. Just goes to show you I will travel for good prices and most of all, the best customer service I have ever seen. Job well done to Bobby and his team! Marc took the time to explain the process and give me a fair deal. Did I get a great, great deal? I would say no, but did I get pressured or felt like being mislead I would also say no. He did a fine job and I appreciate that. Shree Jasty found a good finance deal for me. He patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Remember you still need to do your homework and be an educated buyer but he got me a good deal which I am very happy with. I would recommend this dealership. Based on previous experiences with dealers in Brooklyn, this was a very pleasant surprise. I would also recommend the dealer for setting a very fair price on this car. My only two complaints were 1) the interior of the car, though clean enough, could have been made to look more like new with some attention to the details (I'm sure this was a job the service dept dropped the ball on, not Jason) and 2) as a first-time buyer, the warranty and extended service contract options seemed more complicated than necessary -- again, not a complaint with Jason.
