From beginning to end the whole sales process was fantastic. The hospitality was great I never felt pressured into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. Based on a referral from a friend I went in to the dealership to talk to Jim even though it was over an hour out of my way, but I can say it was well worth the drive. I had a few quotes done prior to arriving at the dealership and his pricing was the best by far. Not only was the offer excellent but his background knowledge about WRX's & STI's was impressive, as he himself owns an STI and races. It's good to know that a salesmen drives what he is selling. He gave me straight answers to my questions, was not pushy, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Just an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend talking to Jim. More
I recently worked with Jim at Belknap in trading in my 2009 WRX and getting into a 2006 Forester XT. Great vehicle! The salesman, Bill was awesome, made you feel comfortable with the vehicle and the dealership. It's a very relaxed family orientated environment. The service manager and service technicia feel comfortable with the vehicle and the dealership. It's a very relaxed family orientated environment. The service manager and service technicians go out of their way to be accommodating and any concerns are taken seriously. The price of the vehicle was reasonable. I'm very pleased with my Subaru Legacy compared to my previous vehicles and would definately consider purchasing another one in the future. More

I originally went to the dealership for service on my leased 2008 Forester. I also met a new salesman, Jim Sherman, who shares my interest in Subaru performance and who helped me plan some performance upgrades to the new vehicle. I have been doing business with this dealership for a number of years and have always had a positive experience with both sales and service. More
I traded in my vehicle which I still owed money on. The deal went fine until the previous lien holder, GMAC, took the payment for the vehicle I had traded in from y checking account. Once I contacted them they claimed to never have been contacted by anyone about trading in the vehicle. Now 3 weeks after the purchase I am still trying to get my last payment back and Belknap Hyundai has done nothing to help me. When I called and explained the situation my salesman said "I don't know what to tell you." Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Also, the vehicle was not as clean as it should have been on the day of delivery, only a half tank of gas and the vehicle failed inspection. I have a few friends in the market right now and I would never think to direct them to Belknap Hyundai/Subaru. Ever. More
