My husband and I had a great experience working with Brooks Winner and Jim Green to close the deal on our 2012 GMC Terrain. The team offered friendly service, great selection and competitive prices. My husband and I knew we were in the market for a 5 or 7-passenger SUV or Crossover but weren't familiar with the Terrain. With that, we did some online searching and found Brooks' video demo of the 2012 Terrain (and 2012 Acadia/Acadia Denali) on YouTube. The videos were very thorough and gave us an idea of what we could expect with the Terrain and the quality of people we'd work with. That's was drew us to Marquitz! And now I can say I bought from a Winner (Brooks Winner, that is)! More

My experience with this dealership was an all around success. My wife found a CTS she liked online and we drove the 2 hrs to Troy and were greeted by genuine friendliness and superb service. Brooks was a true professional and very easy going and easy to work with. His sense of humor put my wife at ease through the process (she's always nervous about buying cars). His knowledge of the vehicle and the process was very helpful in adjusting her to the new car. I had an opportunity to meet the owner of the dealership and immediately I could recognize where the staff gained their friendly attitude from. Everyone we met greeted us with a smile. I must assert that we encountered no one in the dealership who was assertive, pushy, overbearing or otherwise over the top. This experience was very easy and I definitely will pass along my good experience to friends and coworkers in the market for a vehicle. The 2 hr drive was certainly worth if. This is the third vehicle we have purchased thru Dennis Spires. He is one of the easiest salesmen to work with. He is never pushy in getting you to buy. We were recommended to your dealership by Scott Hansen (friend of ours) and he works in the service department. He gave my husbands number to Lou and my husband and Lou talked about what he wanted. Lou found exactly what he wanted so my husband and I drove up to your dealership from O'Fallon, MO and met with Lou, test drove the truck and worked out the pricing that included several rebates. What was really nice is while we were test driving the new truck Lou had our then current truck appraised for trade in value. He asked what we were hoping to get out of our truck and we left to test drive the new truck. We were probably only gone 15-20 minutes and when we got back Lou already had our truck appraised and was ready for us. The dealership came within our trade-in price range and off we went to financing. Jim in finance was very friendly - only asked a couple questions and went off to do a credit check. Unfortunately the banking computer systems were down so he said he would have to do the next morning and that he would call me and let me know. He did and he also got all the information I needed to give to my insurance company to make sure new truck got insured. We went up the next afternoon and signed the paperwork in just under 30 minutes. Jim explained the add-on options we could get throughly without being pushy. Both my husband and I can never remember a new vehicle purchase going that smoothly or quickly. We asked if we could pick truck up the next day and they said that would be fine. They said they would have it detailed and filled-up with gas and ready to go when we got there. We showed up tonight to get and it was ready. Lou went over everything inside and out with us and he even took the time to clean some spots we saw on truck. Jim came out and kept me company. Lou changed the plates for us quickly, we shook hands, he thanked us again and off we went. All and all I can honestly say that was one of, if not the best experiences we have had purchasing a car from a dealership and would recommend them to anyone and I know when its time for us to buy another vehicle we will defintely see what they have first and I just bet if they don't have it they will gladly get it with smiles on their faces. They were very friendly and helpful and never once were they pushy or misleading. They treated us with respect and really can you ask for more than that? More
