I am 82 years young and have purchased many cars but this was one of the most pleasant experiences in buying my new Buick LaCrosse. I trust this dealership 100%. When my mom started looking for a newer Buick at our area dealerships we weren't having any luck. We decided to go to Marquitz and from the moment we arrived and met Brooks Winn for a newer Buick at our area dealerships we weren't having any luck. We decided to go to Marquitz and from the moment we arrived and met Brooks Winner, everything started to fall into place. My mom purchased a mint condition 2006 Buick Lucerne with 50,000 miles. Unfortunately, a few months later we hit a buck on the highway less than a mile from the dealership. We had it towed there and Marquitz body shop was wonderful, along with our insurance company of course. The car was put back in mint condition. Unfortunately, 6 months later we were involved in another accident. This time the insurance company totaled our car, but Brooks, without our prompting him, found us another Buick Lucerne. This time it is a 2008 Buick Lucerne, also low mileage and in mint condition. Jim Green walked us through the purchase and answered many, many questions. They were great to work with. Someone ask us questions about the procedure and I just informed them that Marquitz was handling everything for us. They were shocked, but I told them that Marquitz had proved to us over and over again that they had our best interest in mind or in other words, they "had our back".
