Avalon lease. I own three Toyotas and just replaced one of them with a Avalon lease vehicle. I was served by Chanra Sok in the sales department. Kyle was patient, meticulous when it came to making sure we understood all pros/cons to potential vehicles and genuinely interested in what the car purchase would mean for our life. We really valued the level of care he put into his time with us. I always thought my interaction with the sales rep would be the worst part of the car purchasing experience, but this was not the case at Beechmont. If you plan to stop by, ask for Kyle. More
2+ Hour Oil Change My 6 month pregnant wife took her 4Runner in for her 10k mile service (which was to take no more than 1 hour) at her 1:30 apt time, on time. It's now My 6 month pregnant wife took her 4Runner in for her 10k mile service (which was to take no more than 1 hour) at her 1:30 apt time, on time. It's now 3:40 and she's still waiting. Now, she has missed her desperately needed massage that's been scheduled for a week bc it had to be with a masseuse with a prenatal certification. RIDICULOUS!!! More

SLOW SERVICE, THEY DON'T CARE Bought a new Tacoma took in for first oil change. I called the night before ask if I could bring in with out appointment they said Shure 9:00 I was th Bought a new Tacoma took in for first oil change. Just wanted a oil change. the service guy said 1 hour, well after 1 and a half hour still not done and never started on my truck, I had taken off work and now wasted. So I ended up taking 2 and 1 half hours to change oil. Never going there again . Kings Toyota here I come . More
Terrible service department. I went to this dealership due to its proximity to my house compared to other Toyota dealerships. My 2014 Toyota 4runner is my 4th Toyota since 2011 ( I went to this dealership due to its proximity to my house compared to other Toyota dealerships. My 2014 Toyota 4runner is my 4th Toyota since 2011 (2011 Toyota Tundra, 2013 Lexis Rx350, 2006 Lexus Rx400h) but, it was my first from Beechmont Toyota. The sales staff was great and made us feel comfortable. However, when we went in with the finance manager to sign paperwork he proceeded to insult us for asking questions. I felt this was isolated to him and reflected this in our review of the dealership sent from Toyota after the purchase. The first several service appointments went well. The last two have been problems. The first time the service representative came out and told me there was a nail in one of the tires, it could not be patched and that I should have a new one put on for what I thought was over priced (just having put tires on one of our other vehicles). I instructed them to put on the spare. I left, went to Tire Discounters who looked at it and patched it for a tenth of the price of a new tire. This leads me to my most recent service appointment. Lately, my navigation screen has been randomly turning off and rebooting randomly while just listening to the radio. I needed a service soon and figured I would address it at that point because its so difficult to schedule an appointment around work. I got there at 11:45 for my 12:00pm appointment. I came in for my appointment and the first representative that took me said he couldn't help me because of the navigation screen so I waited again for the person he said I needed to talk to. He immediately said do you want to package all of you major services and pay today. I looked at him dumbfounded because he said I needed the 30k service and if I didn't do it it would void my warranty. I said I only have 28k on the vehicle and will schedule that next. He finally said okay, moved on and said all I was due for was a tire rotation. I brought up the navigation screen to him 4-5 times none of which he acknowledged. I then went to wait in the lounge. An hour and fifteen minutes later someone finally came and got me. She went over the vehicle with me and said I was good to go. I asked about the navigation screen and said she they didn't look at it because I was only in for an express service and that I should make another appointment. I left there after being there for an hour and half only getting my tires rotated. I will not be going back to this dealership. They hold you hostage by telling you if you go some where else, or don't do what they recommend it will void the warranty. All the while not addressing my real issues. More
