I was referred to this dealer by a friend who had a good experience. I was told to ask for Troy, who proved to be very helpful. He helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. It took about month for him to find the vehicle we were looking for but the fact that he followed through with calling us when he traded for that vehicle, we were shocked. It was exactly what we were looking for and we feel we got a very compeitive price. Troy was professional, friendly and not too pushy like most dealerships. I would and have recommended Beechmont Toyota to many friends! I will continue to do business with them even after all of the recalls for Toyotas. More
I went to the lot with every intention of buying a Toyota Yaris. I walked around obviously looking at specific vehicles and reading the information on each on. There were 9 sales people talking to each othe Yaris. I walked around obviously looking at specific vehicles and reading the information on each on. There were 9 sales people talking to each other but not one ever came over to talk to me. I was there over 10 minutes looking at their cars and they couldn't be bothered. Even if they thought I was just browsing, which I was not, they should have at least asked. More
I had a very positive experience with Beechmont Toyota! I ended up getting a great '09 Corolla for a very reasonable price. There was unfortunately some confusion when my husband and I were tying to put an offer on a '08 Corolla. We were supposed to meet with our sales person the next day, to seal the deal. He wasn't scheduled to work that day, and another sales person sold the car to another customer. I was very upset by this, you would think that they would communicate something like this. I decided that I would never buy a car from them. After searching for a few weeks for a car from somewhere else my husband and i concluded that Beechmont Toyota was actually much more reasonable with their prices, and much friendlier as well! We went back to Beechmont Toyota and actually got approached by the same sales person, who apologized profusely. He showed us the '09 Corolla, and he worked the price down, and helped us with our finance plan. There was a few problems with finding all the required information that they needed, but our sales person was very patient and helpful. I also like that Beechmont Toyota does not require that someone goes with you on the test drive. It let my husband and I talk freely about what we liked and what we didn't. We did not feel awkward or disrespectful discussing the car. I have had my car serviced once since we bought it, and the service center is very quick, and thorough. Overall my experience with Beechmont Toyota was great, everyone was very nice and helpful. I would suggest Beechmont Toyota for anyone that is looking for a terrific dealership. More
We were looking to buy a new car and the sales guy had this big attitude problem. While negotiating on the price, he lost his temper, got up and said he won't sell the car to us. Does a salesperson have t this big attitude problem. While negotiating on the price, he lost his temper, got up and said he won't sell the car to us. Does a salesperson have the power to decide whether he "wants" to sell his product to us or not. He acted as if we can only buy a Toyota car from him and not from other dealers. He also asked what we do for living. How is our profession relevant to purchasing a car? Because of his attitude, we refused to go back to this particular Toyota dealership. We were going to buy a Toyota RAV4 but have decided to buy a Honda CRV. It's shocking to realize Toyota hired this kind of salespeople. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever had experience with. First, their service prices are a lot higher than other places. The lobby where you have to wait was dirty, loud and uninviting. Once I fo with. First, their service prices are a lot higher than other places. The lobby where you have to wait was dirty, loud and uninviting. Once I found out my Camry needed over $2000 in work I decided to have them take it off my hands. One of the used car managers offered me $5000 for the car and I took it(so I thought). So far it's been 6 days since I sold my car to them and the check has still not arrived in the mail. They told me it would take 1 day. When I call to check I either get no call back or the run around from other employees. When I checked with their accounting dept. myself they ran and told the used car manager I was going behind his back. He then immediately called me, finally, and cried like a small child, saying something like I had offended him, and he couldn't believe I went behind his back. Not to mention I'm just trying to find out where MY money is! He said no one in his adult life had ever done something like that. Personally I think this was completely unprofessional and out of line. I will NEVER go back to that dealership and possible never buy Toyota again. More
This is among the most obnoxious car dealerships I've ever dealt with. These guys don't seem to realize that, in a free market economy, shopping around is the inalienable right of every customer. Just ever dealt with. These guys don't seem to realize that, in a free market economy, shopping around is the inalienable right of every customer. Just my first Email asking politely whether they would be able to match or beat another quote was met with a nasty response accusing me of playing dealer games etc. I dealt with only the internet sales fellow(I reckon he is the manager) and the brief interaction was repulsive enough for me to dismiss the idea of a visit to the dealership. Considering there are at least two other Toyota dealers in Cincinnati who treat customers with respect (both Performance and Kings spring to the mind even though in my experience Performance toyota is truly outstanding) and open negotiations with reasonable numbers, it is a miracle that Beechmont toyota is still in business! My sincere suggestion: avoid the place like the plague. More
One of the worse dealerships I have ever dealt with, the comapny is good however the used car service head man is not a friendly guy, he downgrades his customers and calls all customers liars, this has been comapny is good however the used car service head man is not a friendly guy, he downgrades his customers and calls all customers liars, this has been several times. Very simple ... the vehicle is advertised on Toyota.com http://www.toyota.com/html/tcuv/results.html?RequesterID=toyota&language=&Action=getVehicles&ActionType=quick&SearchModel=Prius&SearchZipCode=14218&S http://www.toyota.com/html/tcuv/results.html?RequesterID=toyota&language=&Action=getVehicles&ActionType=quick&SearchModel=Prius&SearchZipCode=14218&SearchState=&SearchRadius=250&SearchMinYear=2004&SearchMaxYear=&SearchRecSample=25#top for $15581. Called the dealership, they use a bait-and-switch tactic where the vehicle is priced well below the actual price on their website, in order to attract buyers, to possibly sell something in their range, or the same vehicle at a muuuch higher price. Very deceiving, spoke to the Internet Sales Manager who is very rude, and threw in my face that I was looking for something that does not exist instead of admitting false advertising. More
I was having an electrical problem in my 03 Highlander. I took it to Kings 3 times for service, they couldn't fix the problem. I complained, but they just didn't seem to know what they were dealing with. I took it to Kings 3 times for service, they couldn't fix the problem. I complained, but they just didn't seem to know what they were dealing with. Finally, a mechanic there at Kings told me to take it to Beechmont and to make sure that Randy worked on it, that he was the best Toyota Mechanic in the city. Not only did Jamie, the service person get me right in, he assured me Randy would work on my problem. Not only did Randy fix my problem, he also found a couple of things that Kings had mixed up. They were all super nice and great to work with. I'm a customer for life now. I have to give kudos to the mechanic at Kings for sending me somewhere else, and for being big enough to admit he couldn't fix my problem. More
