2 weeks after placing my non refundable deposit, I was informed by "top" salesman Mike Cornett, that my camry XSE would not come with the sunroof. He stated that "they ran out of parts at the factory". Mi informed by "top" salesman Mike Cornett, that my camry XSE would not come with the sunroof. Mike then encouraged me to get an aftermarket sunroof installed after purchase (so i was unable to see the final product until after i had fully purchased the car, which of course the sunroof installation left damage to my headliner and the 3rd party installer refuses to return my calls!) and refused to refund my deposit when questioned. Mike even went as far as to blatantly lie about the factory sunroof installation process. When I presented the concern of cutting a hole in the roof of a brand new car Mike stated " That's what the do in the factory ".🤣 of course I knew that they mold the roof of car entirely differently if it came with a factory sunroof, but it was annoying and a little entertaining to understand that Mike would literally say anything to make the sale. I definitely regret committing a deposit. When I showed up to get the car, the interior had several mud and dirt spots, and the windows had streaks through them. I didn't expect it to be completely spotless, but the idea of driving a new car home to clean it right away didn't sit well with me. After asking Mike to clean it twice (the first time he sent a lackey, the second time he took it upon himself and both of them missed the specific spots I mentioned 🙃) I finally decided to grab a towel and cleaning spray from the cleaning cart nearby and cleaned it myself while Mike was away preparing paperwork. Talk about service! The encounter with the non check reading financial advisor named Jim wasn't any better. I made a mistake writing my check for too much $ over MSRP due to the now required sun roof installation thanks again to Mike Corn, that caused to be voided by my financial institution days later. My mistake, but one that Mr. Financial manager Jim overlooked as well. I never imagined i was being screwed so much on the price compared to MSRP. Once discovered, I attempted to reach out to Jim and the beechmont team first and was told my call would be returned. Once it was finally returned the next afternoon, I was threatened by Jim to bring the car back immediately until the check was resolved or he would report the car stolen, he did this knowing I was at work(as the only manager on duty for the day) and had a 2 hour drive back to beechmont, so getting there was literally impossible. I'll never step foot near this place for anything, a bunch of lying a$$ cowards. Thanks for ruining my entire experience. The sunroof sucks, but besides that the car is cool. That combined with Google making me are the reasons for 1 star instead of 0. DRIVE TO THE NEXT TOYOTA DEALER!! More

He kept in touch with us through phone, text and email. He is a 10 plus in our book. We bought a 2022 Highlander Hybrid, which had many features that were new to us. Dave covered every one. All our questions were an answered. I will totally recommend Dave Roth and this dealership. More
I am beyond disappointed and upset with my experience with Beechmont Toyota. I looked up the value of my car on KBB two days ago and it asked me if I was interested in getting a value from Beechmont Toy with Beechmont Toyota. I looked up the value of my car on KBB two days ago and it asked me if I was interested in getting a value from Beechmont Toyota because having owned 6 previous Toyota vehicles and 2 Lexus vehicles I had found a vehicle I was very interested in finding more about, while also getting an accurate quote on trading in my own vehicle. I was contacted nearly immediately by their employees and asked if we could speak. She informed me that the vehicle I was looking at had just been sold, but had also sent an email saying that the value they were presenting as my current car’s value probably was disappointing and that we should talk, as they would be glad to give me that value even if I wasn’t ready to purchase. We did discuss on the phone and I clearly articulated during that call that I did want a quote on trading in my car, as while I was waiting for new inventory to arrive I had another vehicle I could drive. I also explained that I was roughly 35 minutes away and that I was uninterested in coming to this location if this was simply a tactic to get me into the showroom while lowballing the value THEY told me was what I should expect from a trade in. I even told her that 10% below what they had told me was my value through their own link would mean I didn’t want to waste my time. She assured me that they go almost directly by what they give as an estimate from KBB on their own link and that I would need to come in, as based on my car their inventory manager would need to look at the vehicle as it could be worth more. A day later she contacted me again and asked if I wanted to come in to have it appraised and it would only be 10 minutes to do so. We set a time this morning to meet with him, as she said he was there and would not be in tomorrow. I made the drive and asked for him. While waiting a very pompous and pushy sales rep asked me twice if he could help and I politely explained I was being helped. A couple of minutes later this exact person came to me again and told me that the inventory person I was scheduled to meet with (only an hour before I was assured he would be there) was not there and he could help me, but that what I wanted would not be available for a year and in the meantime I should look at other vehicles. I explained calmly that I already knew this, but that I had expressly came in to speak to the inventory manager and was a bit flustered that I had driven there only to find that he wasn’t there. He then got rude and said “I can give you your car’s value” and I said that I was assured that I needed to speak with the inventory specialist. He then said “look, you can either complain about the fact he isn’t here or I can give you the value of your car, it’s up to you”. This was after explaining that I had expressly already told the first person that called me that I was not willing to make this nearly hour and half round trip if I would not be getting a fairly accurate value of my car. It was then I asked to speak to his manager, as the last thing I want is to deal with this type of human being - especially when I was the one inconvenienced and quite frankly, lied to. After he went and spoke to the used car manager for about 10 minutes, he came out and I explained again why I was frustrated and that on top of that I was being treated poorly by their sales rep, whom I didn’t want to deal with in the first place. He went out to look at my car and took pictures. We discussed modifications that had actually made my car more valuable than even what KBB had said and their own link had given me for the value. He then asked me to sit inside and wait and then 15 minutes later came back and told me that even though my three year old car was in nearly perfect condition, that they were offering right around $10,000 less than their link. Find a reputable a good Toyota dealership and save yourself this type of treatment. I rarely share, so please understand I simply want others to avoid this deception. More

I would like to recommend a policy change for Beechmont Toyota. The extended warranty amounts to a sizeable part of the purchase (if you choose to buy it). The warranty details should be presented to the customer well in advance for their review. Beechmont Toyota currently springs it on you at the last minute and tells you it is now or loose it with inadequate time for customer review and comparison More

We recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Sienna from beechmont Toyota. Because of all the shortages, things changed several times but Warren was amazing throughout the process in keeping us updated and being hone Toyota. The entire experience was awesome. Our meeting went well on Monday and my Camry was in my driveway on Wednesday. The entire experience was very professional and personal. Thank you so much Paul.
