We had a great experience at Beechmont Toyota. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We got to test drive the Toyota Sienna SE and we love it. Our experience with Greg Hoodin was excellent. He was fair and easy to work with and made the car buying experience less stressful. He also had the kind of product knowledge we needed in a salesman because my husband is VERY knowledgable about all kinds of cars and engines and he would not have dealt with a "rooky" very well. For example, someone at another dealership told me that the Tow Package is just a hitch... We considered 3 different Toyota dealerships before committing to Beechmont beause we liked Greg's style. The dealership is beautiful and everyone was friendly. We think the prices we got were very good, but that took a lot of work on our own part to get it where we wanted. Greg was very flexible with the add-ons. The only aspect that I did not really like was how many different people we had to see - i really would have rather just dealt with Greg with the entire thing. But - your financing and closing guys were good and thorough - just the shuffling around was not desirable. The managers were very nice, and courteous and were helpful when i needed a loaner car (thank you for that!!!). We would certainly recommend the dealership and especially Greg for anyone looking for a new car. We hope Beechmont lives up to our expectations when our vehicles need servicing and repairs. More
Bought a certified 2008 Highlander from them. The brakes were making noises when I released the brake pedal. Took it in for service, while it was under the certified warranty. The service tech who opened the ticket did not want to hear the noise, but indicated the service group would figure it out. After the first day, the status report indicated they did not understand the problem. The next AM, I was able to get in touch with the service manager (Don Busher)by phone and he listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions. He checked out the vehicle again and called me back. I was satisfied with his explainations. Seems that some the "newer" technology is actually noiser than the older models of Toyota that I have owned. More
On Sunday I went to Beechmont Toyota to get a headlight changed on my 2008 Yaris and was told they didn't have enough people there to work on it and asked me if Saturday wouldn't work for me.Well of course changed on my 2008 Yaris and was told they didn't have enough people there to work on it and asked me if Saturday wouldn't work for me.Well of course that doesn't work for me because I have to drive to work in the dark. I took off work today and returned to Beechmont Toyota and they said it would be $30.00. After sitting in the waiting area for over an hour they called me in to say it would cost $150.00 in labor. Since I'm not that stupid I went to Kings Toyota and paid under $80.00 to have both headlights changed. More
I cannot believe how pleasurable buying a car is. I had bad experinces in the past and Beechmont Toyota exceeded all my expectations. They went over and above what I expected and more. I had 1 thing left off my loan application and since they forgot to put in on, they said they would take care of it. We showed-up at closing and Greg met us welcomingly. He knew we weren't going to do anything that evening but he accommodated us when he didn't have too. Two days later, he came in early to discuss the deal. Not that this is necessarily the reasoning for our purchase. But, there is a clear difference from your staff and that of many other dealerships. We were considering a lease on 2010 Venza.... My wife and I went to Beechmont Toyota (6:30pm Thursday)to look at a Venza to replace her car. We drove the car and found the one she wanted. I asked Kyle (sales I went to Beechmont Toyota (6:30pm Thursday)to look at a Venza to replace her car. We drove the car and found the one she wanted. I asked Kyle (salesman) to work up a price on a 36 month lease / $1000 out of pocket for 36 months. I was very specific. We sat for quite some time and I asked Kyle what was taking so long? He told me they were working on it. After about an hour, I told Kyle we needed to leave and he then brought a manager out (Randy) who told me they had some computer issues and he would be back in 5 minutes. Long story short, we were there until almost 9:00pm and they still could not give me a figure. Kyle sat at his desk playing with a computer the whole time and was obviously emailing someone in the dealership while we waited for a response. At this point I told my wife we needed to leave and we walked out. Randy caught me in the parking lot as we were leaving and handed me a sheet with the lease figures. (9:00pm) We left and drove to Kings Toyota the next day and bought a car. The overall experiece at Kings was great. It took 1 hour to drive to Kings, get the lease numbers and buy the car. I will never go back to Beechmont Toyota. I will never recommend Beechmont Toyota to my friends. AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALL FROM ANYONE AT BEECHMONT TOYOTA !!!!! More
Told I was "nothing but a paycheck" by a manager. Shannon in internet sales, acted like he was put-out by our ASKING to take a test drive?! Are these people in the business to sell cars? Spoke with another buyer at Fields Ertel later in the evening (where he bought his car) and said that they were wretched over at Beechmont. If you are fan of terrible service, this is a stop you cannot miss! More
The service in looking at and evaluating the cars was friendly and courteous. The salesman made us very comfortable in taking the time to show us the vehicle and its features. His extra time and attention was appreciated and made us feel like more than just another sale, especially since it was late in the day and the sale was complete. My only criticism of the dealership is that I submitted an request by email to the dealership for some information a month or two prior to my purchase. The responses I received were generic and did not give me contact information for an actual salesperson, which would have been nice to have before visiting the dealer in person. More
