We did our consumer reports research and had been looking at couple different vehicles including at Toyota Highlander. We decided to go look a little closer at the features offered on the Highlander. We also wanted to test drive a V6 since we had only driven the 4 cylinder. Once we arrived at Beechmont Toyota we were greeted by Andrew Jones. We talked about what we wanted for features and what we were not interested in. Andrew grabbed the keys to a V6 so we could take it for a test drive. When we returned Andrew had another Highlander pulled up front for us to look at. It had everything that we wanted. We eventually went in and "talked numbers" as they say. Even though we had only gone to look closer, we bought a Highlander that night. I will admit that I was overdue for a new car. And one of the biggest things that kept us from buying sooner was the idea of having to go through the car buying experience at the dealer. Or experience at Beechmont Toyota was fantastic thanks to Andrew. He found the Highlander that had all the futures we wanted without having to over buy and purchase features we were not interested in. The price negotiation was upfront and open. No games or pressure. We are so happy with our purchase and Beechmont Toyota. Andrew made the whole process so enjoyable. I had been to other dealerships and the reps there was not very helpful, gave me a price and some were not willing to deal on the price, no other way to help me get into a car. Greg assisted us in obtaining a way to buy the Venza when I did not think we could at this time. The event that caused us to need a new car was very stressful, son totaled his and we had to have another, but being able to obtain a second Toyota and knowing my son will be driving my older Toyota Highlander was a load off our minds. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. More
From the first minute we pulled into the lot at Beechmont Toyota until we pulled out with our 2011 Camry...we couldn't have asked for more. Andrew Jones our salesman, was excellent. Mr. Jones did an excellent job of being honest with us in all aspects of the car buying process. This is unusual at a car dealership from my past experience. Constantly charged for a gallon of washer fluid at scheduled service intervals when I filled before taking car in.2004-2009 Unable to contact a representative outside the dealership. Kept getting referred back to customer service at the dealership. This is something the company needed to know higher up. More
I had some bad experinces at some other dealerships while trying to purchase my new 2011 Prius III. I won't get into all of that. I had contacted Beechmont toyota prior to trying the other dealerships. I always receved replys but they never had the color car that I was looking for. I came back to Beechmont Toyota after not being able to come to an agreement at another local delership. I walked in and asked for Adam Lester; whom i had contacted via the internet. I asked if he had any Prius in stock and they only had one of them which was still not the color that I was looking for. I talked to Adam and told him what few requirements that i had in purchasing this car. He checked his incoming cars and couldn't find a match. He then asked around to see if any of the managment knew if they would be receiving any additional cars. Adam's manager George Hubbard came over and he said he had just found out that morning that they were aloted six more cars. He pulled every string he could to get the information on the six cars coming in and one of them was a perfect match. These two gentleman in my opinion went above and beyond to meet my needs. The only complaints that i have is how long the paperwork took to complete after the car came in. I was already credit appoved and was under the impression it would just be a few signatures. It took nearly 2.5 hours. The other is the Financing guy failed to give us a .25% discount that we were due since we have had two previous cars financed through Toyota. I couldn't figure out at the time why i couln't get what i had been quoted but in the end it was only $180 more over the lifetime of the loan. I failed to remember this but i would have thought he would have recognized the error. I would recomend this deallership and these gentlemen to anyone looking for a new Toyota! More
Beechmont Toyota is customer friendly, as is Bill Case, the sales rep that worked with me.Bill listened to what I wanted from a car--good gas mileage, economical and low maintenace.He was laughing as we st the sales rep that worked with me.Bill listened to what I wanted from a car--good gas mileage, economical and low maintenace.He was laughing as we stood in pouring (and I do mean pouring) rain while I decided on the red or silver Corolla. He was courteous with the dreaded paperwork. Instead of arranging for a friend to help me get my car home, Bill and the sales manager insisted on driving the car to my house so I wouldn't have to make a return trip to pick the new car up. It was a long day. The sales person, Mark Breetz was very helpful and stress didn't get to him. Mark help me and my wife get what we wanted. I did feel stressed when an offer came out from Toyota and it was $ 2,200 below the offer given to me from Auto Trade just 7 days later. I also got from Toyota Beechmont a $1,000 offer to buy back my Rav-4, but at the end of the day it was worth nothing. The $1,000 where never used or applied. When I began my option to trade I was looking for a Rav-4 in Black and the vendor got it for me but at the end of the day I didn't buy it because the option for the door locks to close when shifting the vehicle from park to drive was not available. I do have a recomendation: For the Rav-4 low bases prices. The option where the doors lock close when the vehicle is shift from park to drive should be available. Safety is a concern of all people. This is the reason why I trade in My 2010 Rav-4. When a brought that vehicle in 2010 the sales person told me that option was available. More
